This is a repair of a 35+ years old conveyor belt of out Duplo farm from the 85's. Prepare Instructions: From the yellow rollers grind off the lids on one side. Be a bit careful not ro grind off too much. Drill a hole in each roller. Try to meet the center! LOL Print the parts: belt with TPU, rest doesn't really matter. Try what fits best. This a toilet seat hinge for IFÖ toilet seats. Original part nr: IFÖ 91041. Modeled taking measurements of the original part using a vernier caliper. Modifications have been made to the original part to increase strength. It is a hard item to print. My conclusion is that it is easier printing it laying down in PLA with 70% fill. Recently I needed to replace four missing furniture bases. Since I couldn't find any with a matching pin on top I decided to design this one. The pin on top has a hight and diameter of 5 mm. I made two versions. Version 1 ("Fuß.stl"; German "Fuß" = foot) has a solid base, while version 2 ("FußFilz.stl"; German "Filz" = felt; not to be confused with "Fußpilz" tho) features a hole of 14 mm diameter and 1 mm depth in the base for a felt glider....

For a young visitor we need incidentally a orientation light in the quest room. This cap for an Ikea Jansjö led light does the trick and projects a small shape on the ceiling. There a three projections available: a smiley, a star and a line. Note: The Jansjö is no longer sold by Ikea for use with a standard household power outlet. It is replaced by the Nävlinge. If someone gives me the exact dimensions of the Nävlinge, i can make a version for that one.

Update 2018/07/12: New version uses doblo factory and is modified quite a bit Duplo (simplified) model of Kölner Dom. This model is simplified in order to match Duplo style look & feel - by no means is it (supposed to be) an actual model in terms of shape, dimensions or anything else. Most edges have been softened in openscad using minkowski() in order to be not as "sharp" as the base geometric model would be otherwise.

Sticks are designed separately to print easily. In the case of broken sticks, its going to be simple to replace with the newer one. for saving material for saving your time. Its also suggested to print Knitting spool body and sticks(5Pieces) separately because of the different infill densities required. Main body infill density might be around 20% however its strongly suggested to print sticks in 100% infill density in this way it would have optimal strength.

Das pdf kann verwendet werden für einen 1:1 Ausdruck, wenn man das Papier z.B. anschließend auf eine Platte klebt und aussägen will.
