ناموس کی توہین ، کابل انتظامیہ کا ایک اور کارنامہ Date: 2020-02-15 ناموس کی توہین ، کابل انتظامیہ کا ایک اور کارنامہ آج کی بات چند روز سے سوشل میڈیا پر ایک ویڈیو چل رہی ہے، جس کو عوام کی اکثریت نے دیکھی ہوگی کہ قندھار شہر کے عینو مینہ کے علاقے میں ایک کٹھ پتلی اوباش سپاہی نے ایک معزز خاتون سے کہا کہ چہرے سے نقاب دور کریں بصورت دیگر آپ کو گولی ماروں گا، خاتون نے فریاد کرتے ہوئے جواب دیا کہ مجھے گولی مارو لیکن میں نقاب دور نہیں کروں گی، میں آپ کے ہاتھ پاؤں چوموں گی لیکن میری بے عزتی نہ کرو ۔ کابل کی موجودہ ظالمانہ حکومت جو ہر طرف سے سیاسی تنہائی، فوجی شکست ، عوامی نفرت ، بین الاقوامی بداعتمادی، فورسز کی پسپائی، سیاست دانوں ، جماعتوں اور سول کارکنوں کی شدید مخالفت کا شکار ہے، اسی لئے اب وہ جانور کی طرح ہر کسی کو کاٹتا ہے، اس کی عقل و حواس جواب دے چکا ہے، وہ نہیں جانتا ہے کہ کیا کرنا ہے، اس کے لئے کونسا اقدام بہتر اور کونسا نقصان دہ ہے ۔ وہ ہر شخص کو اپنے غالب دشمن (طالبان) کی نظر سے دیکھتا ہے، حملہ آوروں کی جانب سے دیئے گئے ہتھیاروں، بندوقوں ، ٹینکوں ، طیاروں اور توپوں سے نہتے شہریوں کو نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے، کیونکہ وہ میدان جنگ میں طالبان کا مقابلہ کرنے سے قاصر ہیں، ان کے حوصلے پست ہو گئے ہیں اس لئے مظلوم عوام سے وہ بدلہ لیتے ہیں اور عوام کے خلاف کسی بھی طرح کی بربریت سے دریغ نہیں کرتے ہیں ۔ عوام کے قتل عام سے سفاک دشمن کا کلیجہ ٹھنڈا ہوتا ہے اور نہ ہی ان کی عزت لوٹنے سے، اس کے علاوہ آدھی رات کو ان کے گھروں پر چھاپے مارنا، چادر اور چار دیواری کا تقدس پامال کرنا، نہتے شہریوں کو نشانہ بنانا، ان پر تشدد کرنا، اب تو قومی شاہراہوں اور سڑکوں پر تلاشی لینے کے نام پر افغان عوام کی عزت کو لوٹنے کا سلسلہ بھی شروع کر دیا ہے جو ظلم اور ذلالت کی انتہا ہے ۔ عام شہریوں کی ہلاکتیں اس حد تک پہنچ چکی ہیں کہ حالیہ چند دنوں میں دشمن کی ظالمانہ کارروائیوں میں 105 شہری، خواتین اور بچے شہید ہوگئے ہیں، جو ہماری مظلوم قوم پر ایک بہت بڑا امتحان ہے ، اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ اللہ تعالی ان جابروں سے ضرور ایسا بدلہ لے گا جو کہ سارے حملہ آوروں اور کٹھ پتلیوں کے لئے تاریخی سبق بن جائے گا ۔ وماذلک علی اللہ بعزیز ایسی صورتحال میں اگر عوام صبر سے کام لیں گے اور اجازت پر عمل کریں گے تو کر سکتے ہیں لیکن انہیں کٹھ پتلی دشمن کی جانب سے آقاؤں کے کہنے پر آہستہ آہستہ موت کے گھاٹ اتارا جائے گا اور ان کی توہین ہوتی رہے گی لیکن اگر وہ عزیمت سے کام لیں گے اور اس جاری ظلم و بربریت کے خلاف دلیری اور شعوری طور پر آواز اٹھائیں گے، منظم طریقے سے اس کرپٹ، جابر اور قاتل دشمن کے خلاف اٹھ کھڑے ہوں گے، خواہ وہ مجاہدین کے ساتھ شانہ بشانہ لڑیں گے، احتجاج کریں گے (جیسا کہ کئی دنوں سے پکتیا کے لوگ سراپا احتجاج ہیں)، کچھ آزاد میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعہ اپنی آواز اٹھائیں گے اور احتجاج ریکارڈ کرائیں گے یا کسی یا کوئی اور موثر طریقہ استعمال کریں گے تو ان کی نجات ، کامیابی ، عزت اور موجودہ کرپٹ نظام سے نجات کا بہترین ذریعہ اور موثر اقدام ثابت ہوگا ۔ حملہ آور کافروں کو معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ کٹھ پتلیوں کی جاری درندگی کے پیچھے کمان ان کی ہے ، توپ خانہ ، گولہ بارود ، ٹینک اور رقم سب آپ فراہم کر رہے ہیں ، آپ یہ کہتے ہوئے اپنے آپ کو بری الذمہ نہیں کرسکتے کہ آپ نے جنگ کا اختیار کٹھ پتلیوں کے حوالے کردیا ہے، آپ اس طرح بہانوں سے انسانی جرائم کی تاریخی ذمہ داری سے کبھی بھی برات حاصل نہیں کر سکتے ۔ اللہ کا وعدہ کبھی بھی جھوٹا نہیں ہوسکتا ، وہ ضرور پورا ہوگا ، وہ اس کی مدد کرے گا جو اللہ کے دین کی سربلبندی کے لئے جہاد کریں اور اپنے مسلمہ حق کا دفاع کریں اور اس کو ضرور ذلیل کرے گا جس نے ظلم اور جبر کیا ہے ۔

This is an English translation of his statement: In the Name of Allah, all praise due to Allah, and may the peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah, his companions and his household. My kind, dear, gracious brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam, lions of jihad in all the jihadi groups in al-Sham of resistance and jihad, openness and victory, soon Allah-willing. Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings. And thereafter: Kind, beloved brothers, you know that my brothers and I in Qaida’t al-Jihad Organization have love and respect for you, and we know your status, and we commend your steadfastness, and we look at you as the hope of the Ummah in establishing the Islamic governance in the Levant of resistance and jihad, and that you are the hope for liberating Bayt al-Maqdis [Jerusalem], and that you blessed jihad is an advanced step toward on the path of bringing back the mature Caliphate on the Manhaj [methodology] of the prophet, soon Allah-willing. And kind brothers, you know that throughout numerous statements, whether what was issued from me or my kind living or martyred brothers, may Allah accept all of them; we all spoke to you like brothers without distinction between Muslim and Muslim, and Mujahid and Mujahid. On the contrary, we consider you all brothers in Islam, jihad, Hijra [migration] and resistance. And this is repeated by the media of the [jihadi] organizations more than once; The brotherhood of Islam between us is stronger than all the mortal, transforming organizational links, and that your unity and unification and harmony is more important, dearer and more valuable for us than any organizational links. Your unity and unification and the coalescence of your ranks rise above the organizational loyalty and the partisan extremism. On the contrary, these partisan organizational links are to be sacrificed – without hesitation – if they conflict with your harmony, unity and standing in one rank like the coalesced [strong] building in confronting your secular, sectarian enemy, which is supported by the Shia, Safavid powers, Russia and China, and the contemporary Crusader campaign cooperates with it. And you know that we do not accept that the honour of a Muslim of a Mujahid be touched, or his life, money, honour or dignity be attacked, or that charges of Kufr or apostasy be cast on him, and we consider the jihadi organizations in the Sham of resistance and jihad – that sacrifice themselves and money in jihad for the cause of Allah, in raising the words of Allah, and in seeking to establish the governance of the Sharia of Allah – as our brothers, whom we don’t accept to be described as apostates, infidels or heretics. And I remind my kind Mujahidîn of Islam in the Sham of resistance and jihad with the saying of the Prophet: قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ‏أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ يَا كَافِرُ‏.‏ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِهَا أَحَدُهُمَا “If anyone says to his brother, ‘O misbeliever! Then surely, one of them such.” Kind, beloved brothers, you know that we have called and we continue – Allah willing – calling upon everyone to seek to establish a Muslim government in the Sham of resistance and jihad, and to choose whom they agree upon – of those who possess the Sharia based conditions – as ruler for them, and that whomever they choose would be our choice, and that we do not agree that anyone enforces themselves upon you, because we seek the return of the Caliphate on the Manhaj of the Prophet, which rules with Sharia, lays the Shura [council], spreads justice, protects the rights, and repels the aggression. Kind brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam in all the jihadi groups in the Sham of resistance and jihad, our hearts and the hearts of the Ummah – whose hearts are connected with you – bled from the Fitna of [in]fighting, which spread amongst the Mujahidîn of Islam. And so we call upon all of our brothers in all the jihadi groups, and we call upon the gracious ones from the people of al-Sham, from the scholars, advocates, figures, tribal chiefs, professionals, traders, writers, journalists, media men, and [public] opinion enforces, and every free, honorable one in al-Sham who seeks to bring down the Assad secular, sectarian, criminal ruling and establish [in its place] a just Muslim government, to seek to halt this Fitna [infighting], which only Allah know where it will lead. We invite them all to seek to stop this fighting between the brothers if jihad and Islam immediately, and to establish a Sharia ruling committee that would rule between the various groups regarding the injustices each group claims against its jihadi sister group, and to form a method to oblige everyone with its rulings. I ask Allah with all his Lofty Names and Attributes to unite the hearts of the Mujahidîn, and to unite their ranks and words. And may He keep us and you away from places of turmoil & trials what is apparent and hidden from it. And our final prayers are all praise due to Allah, Lord of All World, and may the peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his companions and household. Wa as-salamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu.
