This is an English translation of his statement: In the Name of Allah, all praise due to Allah, and may the peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah, his companions and his household. My kind, dear, gracious brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam, lions of jihad in all the jihadi groups in al-Sham of resistance and jihad, openness and victory, soon Allah-willing. Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings. And thereafter: Kind, beloved brothers, you know that my brothers and I in Qaida’t al-Jihad Organization have love and respect for you, and we know your status, and we commend your steadfastness, and we look at you as the hope of the Ummah in establishing the Islamic governance in the Levant of resistance and jihad, and that you are the hope for liberating Bayt al-Maqdis [Jerusalem], and that you blessed jihad is an advanced step toward on the path of bringing back the mature Caliphate on the Manhaj [methodology] of the prophet, soon Allah-willing. And kind brothers, you know that throughout numerous statements, whether what was issued from me or my kind living or martyred brothers, may Allah accept all of them; we all spoke to you like brothers without distinction between Muslim and Muslim, and Mujahid and Mujahid. On the contrary, we consider you all brothers in Islam, jihad, Hijra [migration] and resistance. And this is repeated by the media of the [jihadi] organizations more than once; The brotherhood of Islam between us is stronger than all the mortal, transforming organizational links, and that your unity and unification and harmony is more important, dearer and more valuable for us than any organizational links. Your unity and unification and the coalescence of your ranks rise above the organizational loyalty and the partisan extremism. On the contrary, these partisan organizational links are to be sacrificed – without hesitation – if they conflict with your harmony, unity and standing in one rank like the coalesced [strong] building in confronting your secular, sectarian enemy, which is supported by the Shia, Safavid powers, Russia and China, and the contemporary Crusader campaign cooperates with it. And you know that we do not accept that the honour of a Muslim of a Mujahid be touched, or his life, money, honour or dignity be attacked, or that charges of Kufr or apostasy be cast on him, and we consider the jihadi organizations in the Sham of resistance and jihad – that sacrifice themselves and money in jihad for the cause of Allah, in raising the words of Allah, and in seeking to establish the governance of the Sharia of Allah – as our brothers, whom we don’t accept to be described as apostates, infidels or heretics. And I remind my kind Mujahidîn of Islam in the Sham of resistance and jihad with the saying of the Prophet: قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ‏أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ يَا كَافِرُ‏.‏ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِهَا أَحَدُهُمَا “If anyone says to his brother, ‘O misbeliever! Then surely, one of them such.” Kind, beloved brothers, you know that we have called and we continue – Allah willing – calling upon everyone to seek to establish a Muslim government in the Sham of resistance and jihad, and to choose whom they agree upon – of those who possess the Sharia based conditions – as ruler for them, and that whomever they choose would be our choice, and that we do not agree that anyone enforces themselves upon you, because we seek the return of the Caliphate on the Manhaj of the Prophet, which rules with Sharia, lays the Shura [council], spreads justice, protects the rights, and repels the aggression. Kind brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam in all the jihadi groups in the Sham of resistance and jihad, our hearts and the hearts of the Ummah – whose hearts are connected with you – bled from the Fitna of [in]fighting, which spread amongst the Mujahidîn of Islam. And so we call upon all of our brothers in all the jihadi groups, and we call upon the gracious ones from the people of al-Sham, from the scholars, advocates, figures, tribal chiefs, professionals, traders, writers, journalists, media men, and [public] opinion enforces, and every free, honorable one in al-Sham who seeks to bring down the Assad secular, sectarian, criminal ruling and establish [in its place] a just Muslim government, to seek to halt this Fitna [infighting], which only Allah know where it will lead. We invite them all to seek to stop this fighting between the brothers if jihad and Islam immediately, and to establish a Sharia ruling committee that would rule between the various groups regarding the injustices each group claims against its jihadi sister group, and to form a method to oblige everyone with its rulings. I ask Allah with all his Lofty Names and Attributes to unite the hearts of the Mujahidîn, and to unite their ranks and words. And may He keep us and you away from places of turmoil & trials what is apparent and hidden from it. And our final prayers are all praise due to Allah, Lord of All World, and may the peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his companions and household. Wa as-salamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu.

alfath-imarate-islamia قندوزو بلخ،مرکز فتح، 4 ٹینک تباہ، 26 ہلاک ، غنائم Date: 2020-02-17 قندوزو بلخ،مرکز فتح، 4 ٹینک تباہ، 26 ہلاک ، غنائم الفتح آپریشن کے سلسلے میں امارت اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے قندوز اور بلخ صوبوں میں دشمن کے مراکز پر حملہ کیا۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق اتوار اور پیر کی درمیانی شب صوبہ قندوز کے صدر مقام قندوز شہر کے قریب سہ درک کے علاقے میں فوجی بیس پر مجاہدین نے چھاپہ مار کر اللہ تعالی کی نصرت سے اس پر قابض ہوئے اور وہاں تعینات اعلی حکام سمیت 20 اہلکار ہلاک، 4 ٹینک تباہ اور مجاہدین نے ایک راکٹ، ایک امریکی گن وغیرہ قبضے میں لیا اور بعد میں جنگی طیاروں نے پروازیں شروع کیں، تو مجاہدین نے حکمت عملی کے تحت عقب نشینی کرلی۔ دریں اثناء مجاہدین نے قندوز ائیرپورٹ پر میزائل داغے، جو اہداف پر گر کر دشمن کے لیے جانی و مالی نقصانات کے سبب بنے،لیکن اطلاع آنے تفصیل فراہم نہ ہوسکی۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق پیر کےروز صبح کے وقت صوبہ بلخ ضلع خاص بلخ کے سہ جوئے کے علاقے میں فوجی بیس پر سنائیپرگن حملے میں ایک فوجی ہلاک اور دوپہر کے وقت شرشرک اور بالاحصار کے علاقوں میں مجاہدین کے حملوں میں 2 اہلکار ہلاک اور ایک کلاشنکوف غنیمت کرلی، جب کہ صبح کے وقت ضلع چاربولک کے آب فروشان کے علاقے میں مجاہدین کے حملوں میں 2 اہلکار ہلاک اور دوپہر کے وقت ضلعی مرکز پر سنائیپرگن حملے میں ایک پولیس اہلکار مارا گیا۔ share

alfath-imarate-islamiaلفتح کاروائیاں: فوجی ہیلی کاپٹر تباہ، 30 فورسز ہلاک وزخمی Date: 2020-02-17 الفتح کاروائیاں: فوجی ہیلی کاپٹر تباہ، 30 فورسز ہلاک وزخمی امارت اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے ہلمند، قندہار، روزگان، فراہ، فاریاب، سرپل، بادغیس ونیمروز صوبوں میں دشمن کو نشانہ بنایا۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق پیر کے روز صبح کے وقت صوبہ نیمروز ضلع دلارام کے سپین نامی یونٹ کے کے قریب مجاہدین نے دشمن کا ہیلی کاپٹر کو نشانہ بنایا، جس سے ہیلی کاپٹر گرکر تباہ اور اس میں سوار عملہ ہوا۔ مزید تفصیل بعد میں ان شاء اللہ تعالی رپوٹ کے مطابق پیر کے رات دس بجے کے لگ بھگ صوبہ فاریاب ضلع گرزیوان کے مرکز میں لیزر گن حملے کے نتیجے میں ایک جنگجو ہلاک ہوا۔ اور اتوار کے روز ضلع قرمقول میں مجاہدین نے جنگجو امان اللہ ولد روز الدین گرفتار کرکے ان کے مقدمہ شرعی عدالت کے حوالے کردیا۔ اسی طرح پیر کے رات عشاء کے وقت آٹھ بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع دولت آباد کے مرکز میں واقع چوکی پر حملے کے نتیجے میں کمانڈر عبد الکریم سمیت 3 اہلکار زخمی ہوئے۔ یاد رہے کہ دشمن کے فائرنگ سے ایک مجاہد زخمی ہوا۔ جبکہ پیر کے رات عشاء کے وقت آٹھ بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع قیصار کے پولیس ہیڈکوارٹر پو مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے دشمن کو نقصانات کا سامنا ہوا۔ دوسری جانب پیر کے روز صبح نو بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع شیرین تگاب کے ضلعی مرکز میں سنائپر گن حملے کے نتیجے میں ایک فوجی ہلاک، جبکہ دوسرا زخمی ہوا۔ اور پیر کے روز دن دس بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع قرغان کے مرکز میں اسی نوعیت حملے کے نتیجے میں جنگجو ہلاک ہوا۔ اطلاع کے مطابق اتوار کے روز دو پہر گیارہ بجے کے لگ بھگ صوبہ ہلمند ضلع گرشک کے نہر سراج کے علاقے کے یخچال اور ضلعی بازار میں دشمن پر مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے ٹینک تباہ اور کمانڈر جاوید ہلاک، جبکہ مجاہدین نے ایک موٹرسائکل غنیمت کرلیا۔ اور اتوار کے روز دن دس بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع ناوہ کے شگلن سڑک، ژڑ صاحب اور نرئی ماندہ کے علاقوں میں واقع چوکیوں پر مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے سات فوجی ہلاک ہوئے۔ دوسری جانب پیر کے رات عشاء کے وقت ضلع واشیر کے گورزان کے علاقے میں لیزر گن سے ایک فوجی ہلاک ہوا۔ جبکہ پیر کے رات عشاء کے وقت آٹھ بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع نادعلی کے ھزارگان کے علاقے کے پارچاوں اور تور پل کے مقام پر دشمن پر حملہ ہوا، جس سے پانچ اہلکار موقع پر ہلاک ہوئے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق پیر کے رات عشاء کے وقت نو بجے کے لگ بھگ صوبہ روزگان ضلع دھراود کے زرتال کے علاقے مین واقع چوکی پر مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے دشمن کو نقصانات کا سامنا ہوا۔ اور پیر کے رات دو بجے کے لگ بھگ ضلع چورہ کے قلعہ راغ کے علاقے کے خانان کے مقام پر پولیس چوکی پر حملے کے نتیجے میں 6 اہلکار ہلاک ہوئے، دوسری جانب پیر کے روز صبح کے وقت 2 پولیس نقیب اللہ ولد عبد الرزاق اور محمد برات ولد شیرزادہ مجاہدین سے آملے۔ یاد رہے کہ دشمن کے فائرنگ سے 2 مجاہدین زخمی ہوئے۔ موصولہ اطلاع کے مطابق پیر کے رات صوبہ بادغیس ضلع مقر کے ضلعی مرکز پر مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے دشمن کو نقصانات کا سامنا ہوا اور سفاک امریکیوں نے علاقے پر بمبار کی، تا ہم اللہ کی فضل سے مجاہدین محفوظ رہے۔ دوسری جانب اتوار کے روز ضلع جوند میں ایک فوجی عبد الجلیل ولد عبد الرحمن مجاہدین سے آملا۔ موصولہ رپوٹ کے مطابق پیر کے روز صبح آٹھ بجے کے لگ بھگ صوبہ ہرات ضلع شینڈنڈ کے بازار میں واقع شروں نامی چوکی پر حملے کے نتیجے میں 3 اہلکار ہلاک، جبکہ ایک زخمی ہوا۔ آمدہ رپوٹ کے مطابق صوبہ سرپل ضلع سیداباد کے شیراباد کے علاقے میں واقع چوکیوں پر حملہ ہوا، جو دو گھنٹے تک جاری رہا، جس سے دشمن کو نقصانات کا سامنا ہوا، تا ہم تفصیل موصولہ نہ ہوسکا۔ جہادی ذرائع نے صوبہ فراہ ضلع بالابلوک سے کہا کہ پیر کے رات شیوان کے علاقے میں چھارکوچ نامی یونٹ پر حملہ ہوا، جس سے دشمن کو نقصانات کا سامنا ہوا۔ یاد رہے کہ دشمن کے فائرنگ سے ایک مجاہد زخمی جبکہ دوسرا شہید ہوا۔ تقبلہ اللہ تعالی
