کابل،قندوز وبلخ،کمانڈروں سمیت11ہلاک، 3 گرفتار Date: 2020-02-06 کابل،قندوز وبلخ،کمانڈروں سمیت11ہلاک، 3 گرفتار کٹھ پتلی فوجوں کو امارت اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے کابل، قندوز اور بلخ صوبوں میں نشانہ بنایا۔ آمدہ اطلاعات کے مطابق بدھ اور جمعرات کی درمیانی شب صوبہ قندوز ضلع خان آباد کے گودامو کے علاقے میں مجاہدین کے حکمت عملی کے تحت ہونے والے حملے میں کمانڈر حضرت سمیت 4 ہلاک،2 زخمی اور 2 کلاشنکوفیں غنیمت، جب کہ خاریچہ کے علاقے میں چوکی پر ہونے والے حملے میں ایک فوجی زخمی ہوا۔ دوسری جانب جمعرات کےروز دوپہر کے وقت صدر مقام قندوز شہر کے باغ میری کے علاقے میں کٹھ پتلی فوجوں کو مجاہدین کی کمین گاہ کا سامنا ہوا،جس کے نتیجے میں ایک ٹینک تباہ، 2 فوجی ہلاک، کمانڈر عنایت سمیت 3 گرفتار ، جب کہ ایک ہیوی مشین گن،ایک راکٹ،3 امریکی گنیں وغیرہ مجاہدین نے قبضے میں لیا۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق جمعرات کےروز د سہ پہرکے وقت صوبہ کابل ضلع دہ سبز کے بختار گاؤں کے قریب بم دھماکہ سے فوجی رینجر گاڑی تباہ اور اس میں سوار کمانڈر محافظ سمیت ہلاک ہوا۔ دریں اثناء صوبہ بلخ ضلع چاہی کے پرخ آباد کے علاقے میں مجاہدین نے فوجی ٹینک کو راکٹ لانچر کا نشانہ بناکر تباہ اور اس میں سوار کمانڈر 4 اہلکار ہلاک جب کہ 2 زخمی ہوئے۔ share

الفتح کاروائیاں: 8 ٹینک تباہ، 30 امریکی وکٹھ پتلی ہلاک وزخمی Date: 2020-02-03 الفتح کاروائیاں: 8 ٹینک تباہ، 30 امریکی وکٹھ پتلی ہلاک وزخمی امات اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے قندہار، روزگان وہلمند صوبوں میں غاصب امریکیوں اور ان کے کٹھ پتلیوں پر حملہ کیا۔ تفصیل کے مطابق گزشتہ دو روز سے صوبہ روزگان کے صدر مقام ترینکوٹ شہر کے خانقا اور نچین کے علاقے کے کمربند کے مقام پر آپریشن کرنے والے امریکیوں اور ن کے کٹھ پتلیوں سے جھڑپیں جاری رہیں، جس سے اب تک 6 فوجی ٹینک تباہ اور 20 امریکی وکٹھ پتلی ہلاک وزخمی ہوئے۔ یاد رہے کہ دشمن کے فائرنگ سے 2 مجاہدین شہید ہوئے۔ تقبلہم اللہ تعالی رپوٹ کے مطابق صوبہ سرپل ضلع گوسفندئی کے الغن کے علاقے میں جنگجو عبد الحمید ولد عبد المجید اور محمد ولد نور الدین نے حقائق کا ادارک کرتے ہوئے مجاہدین کی مخالفت سے دست برداری کا اعلان کیا۔ اطلاع کے مطابق اتوار کے روز عصر کے وقت صوبہ ہلمند ضلع نادعلی کے ماتکئی دشت، گل آغا بازار اور چاہ انجیر کے علاقے میں دشمن پر مجاہدین نے حملہ کیا، جس سے ٹینک تباہ اور سات اہلکار موقع پر ہلاک ہوئے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق اتوار کے روز شام کے وقت صوبہ قندہار کے صدر مقام قندہار شہر کے حلقہ نمبر بارہ کے نازک کوٹ کے علاقے میں ہونے والے بم دھماکہ سے گاڑی تباہ اور اس میں سوار 3 اہلکار ہلاک، جبکہ ایک زخمی ہوا۔

This is an English translation of his statement: In the Name of Allah, all praise due to Allah, and may the peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah, his companions and his household. My kind, dear, gracious brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam, lions of jihad in all the jihadi groups in al-Sham of resistance and jihad, openness and victory, soon Allah-willing. Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings. And thereafter: Kind, beloved brothers, you know that my brothers and I in Qaida’t al-Jihad Organization have love and respect for you, and we know your status, and we commend your steadfastness, and we look at you as the hope of the Ummah in establishing the Islamic governance in the Levant of resistance and jihad, and that you are the hope for liberating Bayt al-Maqdis [Jerusalem], and that you blessed jihad is an advanced step toward on the path of bringing back the mature Caliphate on the Manhaj [methodology] of the prophet, soon Allah-willing. And kind brothers, you know that throughout numerous statements, whether what was issued from me or my kind living or martyred brothers, may Allah accept all of them; we all spoke to you like brothers without distinction between Muslim and Muslim, and Mujahid and Mujahid. On the contrary, we consider you all brothers in Islam, jihad, Hijra [migration] and resistance. And this is repeated by the media of the [jihadi] organizations more than once; The brotherhood of Islam between us is stronger than all the mortal, transforming organizational links, and that your unity and unification and harmony is more important, dearer and more valuable for us than any organizational links. Your unity and unification and the coalescence of your ranks rise above the organizational loyalty and the partisan extremism. On the contrary, these partisan organizational links are to be sacrificed – without hesitation – if they conflict with your harmony, unity and standing in one rank like the coalesced [strong] building in confronting your secular, sectarian enemy, which is supported by the Shia, Safavid powers, Russia and China, and the contemporary Crusader campaign cooperates with it. And you know that we do not accept that the honour of a Muslim of a Mujahid be touched, or his life, money, honour or dignity be attacked, or that charges of Kufr or apostasy be cast on him, and we consider the jihadi organizations in the Sham of resistance and jihad – that sacrifice themselves and money in jihad for the cause of Allah, in raising the words of Allah, and in seeking to establish the governance of the Sharia of Allah – as our brothers, whom we don’t accept to be described as apostates, infidels or heretics. And I remind my kind Mujahidîn of Islam in the Sham of resistance and jihad with the saying of the Prophet: قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ‏أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ يَا كَافِرُ‏.‏ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِهَا أَحَدُهُمَا “If anyone says to his brother, ‘O misbeliever! Then surely, one of them such.” Kind, beloved brothers, you know that we have called and we continue – Allah willing – calling upon everyone to seek to establish a Muslim government in the Sham of resistance and jihad, and to choose whom they agree upon – of those who possess the Sharia based conditions – as ruler for them, and that whomever they choose would be our choice, and that we do not agree that anyone enforces themselves upon you, because we seek the return of the Caliphate on the Manhaj of the Prophet, which rules with Sharia, lays the Shura [council], spreads justice, protects the rights, and repels the aggression. Kind brothers, Mujahidîn of Islam in all the jihadi groups in the Sham of resistance and jihad, our hearts and the hearts of the Ummah – whose hearts are connected with you – bled from the Fitna of [in]fighting, which spread amongst the Mujahidîn of Islam. And so we call upon all of our brothers in all the jihadi groups, and we call upon the gracious ones from the people of al-Sham, from the scholars, advocates, figures, tribal chiefs, professionals, traders, writers, journalists, media men, and [public] opinion enforces, and every free, honorable one in al-Sham who seeks to bring down the Assad secular, sectarian, criminal ruling and establish [in its place] a just Muslim government, to seek to halt this Fitna [infighting], which only Allah know where it will lead. We invite them all to seek to stop this fighting between the brothers if jihad and Islam immediately, and to establish a Sharia ruling committee that would rule between the various groups regarding the injustices each group claims against its jihadi sister group, and to form a method to oblige everyone with its rulings. I ask Allah with all his Lofty Names and Attributes to unite the hearts of the Mujahidîn, and to unite their ranks and words. And may He keep us and you away from places of turmoil & trials what is apparent and hidden from it. And our final prayers are all praise due to Allah, Lord of All World, and may the peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his companions and household. Wa as-salamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu.

قیدیوں کے ساتھ غیرانسانی سلوک کو بند کیا جائے ورنہ ۔۔۔۔۔ اسلام سراپا رحمت اور شفقت ہے، اس مذہب میں عدل واحسان کی بارہا تاکید کی گئی ہے اور یہی اس مذہب کی روح ہے، ظلم وزیادتی، ناحق مارپیٹ، ستانا اور کسی کو خواہ مخواہ پریشان کرنا، اس مذہب میں جائز نہیں، اسلام کی نظرمیں کسی امیر کو غریب کے ساتھ ناروا سلوک کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی اور نہ ہی کسی صاحبِ طاقت کو بے کس اور کمزوروں پر اپنی طاقت استعمال کرنے کا حق دیا گیا ہے،یہاں تک کہ بے زبان جانوروں پر شفقت اور رحمت کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔ چوری، قتل وغارت گری،زنا کاری، شراب نوشی، ظلم وزیادتی اور اس طرح کے دیگر جرائم یقینا اسلام کی نظر میں بھی انتہائی شنیع اور قابل مذمت ہیں، ان کے مرتکبین سخت سے سخت سزا کے مستحق ہیں، لیکن شریعت نے اس کے بھی حد و د متعین کیے ہیں اور ان میں اہم چیز انسانیت کا احترام ہے، ہر وہ سزا جس سے آدمیت کی توہین ہوتی ہو جائز نہیں ہے ۔ اسیرانِ بدر میں ایک شخص سہیل بن عمرو تھا جو نہایت فصیح اللسان تھا اور عام مجمعوں میں محمد عربی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے خلاف تقریر یں کیا کرتاتھا، حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: یارسول اللہ !اس کے دونیچے کے دانت اکھڑوادیجئے کہ پھر اچھا نہ بول سکے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں اگر اس کے عضو بگاڑوں تو گونبی ہوں، لیکن خدا اس کی جزاء میں میرے اعضاء بھی بگاڑے گا ۔ (تاریخ طبری صفحہ۱۳۴۴) جن دنوں میں بنو قریظہ کے قیدیوں کو قید کیا گیا تھا، وہ گرمی کے ایام تھے، تپش زیادہ تھی،اس لیے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بطور خاص دن کی گرمی اور دھوپ میں قیلولہ کے لیے مواقع فراہم کرنے کی تاکید فرمائی،کیوں کہ گرمی کے ایام میں قیدیوں کی گرمی کا خیال نہ رکھنا، انھیں دھوپ میں چھوڑ دینا، بلکہ آرام کا موقع نہ دینا بھی غیر انسانی حرکت ہے اور قیدیوں کے ساتھ غیرانسانی حرکت جائز نہیں ۔ معلوم ہوا کہ قیدیوں کو الیکٹرک شاٹ لگانا، قیدیوں پر کتے چھوڑنا، قیدیوں کو سخت ٹھنڈک میں برف کی سلوں پر ڈال دینا، حدسے زیادہ مار پیٹ کرنا،مسلسل جاگے رہنے پر مجبور کرنا، یا ان کی جائے رہائش میں تیز روشنی یا تیز آواز کا انتظام کرنا، شرعا درست نہیں ہے ۔ مگر افسوس کے مدینہ ثانی کے دعویدار ملک پاکستان میں قیدیوں کے ساتھ غیراسلامی نہیں،بلکہ غیرانسانی رویہ اختیار کیا جارہا ہے ان کے ظلم وبربریت کے ویڈیوز بھی اگرچہ سوشل اور الیکٹرانک میڈیا پر وائرل ہورہی ہیں مگر کسی بھی صاحب اقتدار ، صاحب طاقت بشمول علماء کو ذرہ برابر بھی پرواہ نہیں ۔۔ کوئٹہ سنٹرل جیل میں جو آج کل ہورہا ہے، قیدیوں کے ساتھ وہ سراسر ظلم ہے تحریک طا لبا ن پاکستان کے مجاہدین ان مظلوم قیدیوں کو تسلی دیتے ہوئے متعلقہ افراد کو متنبہ کرتے ہیں کہ کوئٹہ سنٹرل جیل سمیت پاکستان کے بیشتر جیلوں میں اس قسم کے ناروا سلوک کو بند کیا جائے ورنہ ان قیدیوں کی حمایت ومدد اور ظلم سے نجات دلانے میں ہم کسی بھی قربانی سے دریغ نہیں کریں گے ۔۔۔ محمد خراسانی مرکزی ترجمان تحر یک طا لبا ن پاکستان

Tankkkk کاروان و مراکز پرحملے،31 ہلاک و زخمی، 3 ٹینک تباہ Date: 2020-02-14 کاروان و مراکز پرحملے،31 ہلاک و زخمی، 3 ٹینک تباہ کٹھ پتلی فوجوں کے کاروان اور مراکز پر امارت اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے بلخ، کابل اور ننگرہار صوبوں میں حملہ کیا۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق جمعہ کے روز صبح کے وقت صوبہ بلخ ضلع شورتپہ کے شوراریق کے علاقے میں مجاہدین نے فوجی کاروان پر حملہ کیا، جو چار گھنٹے تک جاری رہا،جس کے نتیجے میں 11 اہلکار ہلاک و زخمی اور 3 ٹینک بھی تباہ ہوئے اور سہ پہر کے وقت ضلع خاص بلخ کے مرگین اور شرشرک کے علاقوں میں فوجی مراکز پر ہونے والے حملے میں 7 اہلکار ہلاک ہوئے جب کہ ضلع نہرشاہی کے شہرک ترکمنی کے مقام پر فوجی کاروان پر ہونیوالے حملے میں 3 اہلکار ہلاک اور ایک زخمی ہوا۔ دوسری جانب جمعہ کےروزدوپہر کے وقت صوبہ کابل ضلع سروبی کے تورناو کے علاقے کابل-جلال آباد ہائی وے پر مجاہدین نے فوجی گاڑیوں پر حملہ کیا،جس میں 5 اہلکاروں کو ہلاکتوں کا سامنا ہوا۔ اسی طرح جمعہ کےروز سہ پہر کے وقت صوبہ ننگرہار ضلع بٹی کوٹ کے مشوانی کے علاقے میں بم دھماکہ سے 3 جنگجو ہلاک جب کہ ایک شدید زخمی ہوا۔
