This is a back plate designed to allow you to design and mount accessories to the back of the Wanhao Di3 Effector. It is a flat plate with 2.5mm holes that mounts to the effector using zip ties. I am using this to mount and test various fans for my printer. Edit 12Dec2107 I added a Step file so you can import it into your favorite cad program and change it or design items for it.

I designed this to use cheap 1/2" PVC. I got tired of having issues trying to mount 3rd party filament on the stock spool holders. Because this uses 1/2" PVC it should fit almost all spools out there. I know the taulman uses smaller ones, but I simply used a step drill and made the hole wider to fit the 1/2" PVC. This may also work on the Replicator 2. I don't know as I don't have one.

Just a guide for the filament. it prevent filament to get stuck in the spool. Also helps when the extruder and the filament is not well aligned. Used with 3mm filament. The screws are M3.

Uses the heater available here:http://incubatorwarehouse.com/48-watt-incukit-dc.html105 print these things and screw them on. The mount allows you to use small C clips to attach the heater to the z axis arm. The baffle attaches to the front of the heater, and redirects the airflow so it goes sideways instead of straight forward...that way it won't blow on the print area.

This thing is a I needed to raise my MendelMax up since I mounted the power supply under the frame using these brackets (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35766). Print four of these and put some M5 socket head cap screws in from underneath and then use nuts to level your machine.

These are larger adapter leveling knobs. The standard Creality CR-10 adjustment knobs seem to have 14 knubs on them. The CTC A10 has 18 and is a little bit larger. If you find a adjusting knob with the 18 knubs, this is the right adapter.

Remix from the famous filament guide. Wanted to add a longuer support to the filament with a smooth bend, as my control unit is behind my printer and not next to it as usual. The hole is made to receive a little bit of PTFE tubing (around 5cm, with 1 out of the "tunnel"). Sometimes the tiny/thin/long filament string from the printing got into the front cooling fan from ender 3, sometimes I accidentally put my finger or tweezer tip into the fan(one case only - :) ), so to avoid those things to happen, I designed this clip on fan protector. My design for a quick change spool holder for to be used with M8 threaded rod. All the others that I have seen leave all the edges sharp where I have rounded them. There are recesses in both ends of what I call the bolt for a 608zz bearing. If you do not wish to use these bearings, I have designed it in such a way to also have a very small contact area so to have a small amount of friction between the holder and threaded rod.
