So I really didn't like the stock UMO extruder. I'm not sure if it was just mine, but it seemed like the hobbed bolt was made of butter. Summary So I struggled with the bed staying leveled on my wanhao duplicator i3 v2.1. I saw alot of recommendations to print new screws so I decided to make my own. Sharing my model for a 3mm Orbiter based direct extruder adapted to work on the E3D Toolchanger. I used the excellent base Orbiter extruder from w1ber (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4643022) and modified the filament path for 3mm. For the newer Matterhackers spool. Thank you Wolfie for the original. Pretty simple fix as Wolfie said; stretched it out in some places, squeezed it in others, bent it a couple of degrees for a tighter fit. No supports of course, I'd print extras in case you have different colors, or they get lost or break. Recommend printing in a bright color so you don't forget it's there.

I have edited the model slighly so its more tolerant in size and will fit 'too' easy, since some of my printers aren't perfect, tolerance helps alot. Also for my own o.c.d. i have centered the nut in the piece, and removed the 'bottom' to allow to print without support or weird overhangs along the side. also decreased total size.

A very simple adapter to help a smaller 3mm LED fit into a 5mm LED holder snugly. Plus, if you are using a white led, you can color the light being emitted however you'd like! Use a semi-transparent or fully-transparent material to ensure that the light from the 3mm LED passes through. Because the wall is going to be relatively thin, use the highest resolution printing settings possible. It's a small object, so the print time shouldn't be terrible.

I Remixed this from quick61's design for 3mm filament, and to use 608zz bearings (as thats what i had laying around) I have a 3Doodler 3d pen, and the 3Doodler brand filament is stupid expensive. I usually just use the 3Doodler to "weld" together multi piece larger prints. I converted my direct driven printer to a 3mm Bowden. But now with more friction, because of the PTFE-tube, my filament grinding increased. so I designed this Extruder with two hobbed bolts.
