The original fan duct was too far back and too low. It also blew air directly at the heater block. This nozzle does not. You might even need to use lower max fan speeds with this one. ;) If you have a Prusa MK3 it's basically the same thing, just with a different mount.

Added an extra bracket for the lower bolt hole on 5015 fans, this helps the fan stay in place when the print head moves around. Print with RAFT and SUPPORTS - the part doesn't have much contact area with the bed so it needs raft, and it needs supports so that the bolt hole is printed well.

This is a fan duct for 5015 blower on Tevo Tornado. I created it in a purpose to make as little modification as possible on the Tornado. The only thing that needs to be replace is the cooling fan and some additional screws and nuts. Also, the outlet has been designed to direct air to gather right below the nozzle. When I got a Micro Swiss all metal hot end and Direct Drive system for the Ender 5 Pro, no Hero Me or anything matched what I wanted. I wanted to move the fans separate from the Hot End Mount. After using the fan mount and duct by eight_heads for a few days, I found that the fan duct was sometimes hitting the build deck and the printed parts. I modified the item a bit so that the nozzle would be closer to the fan & have a downward angle as I noticed the air from the original nozzle was not directed at the tip of the nozzle. For comparison, the original is on the left and my remix is on the right. Also raised the fan 10mm as this allows the air to flow easier from the fan to the nozzle.

Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2846144, I designed a fan holder with a protrusion that fits into a fan's hole, and also an air duct that fits to the fan holder. (not a remix) I used PETG, so the fitting of the fan holder and the air duct might be too tight for PLA. Brims would be helpful when the long air duct bends at its ends.

This is a one-piece 5015 fan supporting frame and adapter for ANYCUBIC Kossel. The diameter of screw holes for the fan is about 4.5mm. From my first version, I changed things up a bit. For more precise bed leveling performance, I moved the extruder into the middle, and the probe next to it. Better bed leveling accuracy. this is a dual 5015 fan duct for the e3d hemera, the screws that are not blocked by the hemera are affixed by m3 bolts with nuts. the bolts that are covered by the hemera are m2 bolts with nuts, the head of the screw buts againsed the hemera, not the nut. then the last 2 screw holes bolt into the square nuts already on the hemera, you will need to use washers to get the right screw length. I've included the step files for easy modification.

The original fan shroud mounting arms for the fan were just too flimsy for my taste so I whipped this up. Using a 4mmx30mm screw with washers and nut for the fan mounting, and 2: 3mmx15mm screws with washer for mounting it to the photon. This is a very simple way to connect one or two 5015 fans to the E3D V6 mount block by Tech2C. The mounting block is designed in a way that the fan ducts will not touch the hotend even if the screws became loose. Be aware that two 5015 fans create a lot of airflow and the extruder temperature runaway error could trip. Make sure to use a silicone hotend sleeve or move the fans in order not blow too close to the hotend.

I've created a parts cooling duct for the E3D Hermera aka Hermes for a buddy. Prints at 0,2mm layer height and consists of two parts that need to be glued together. Watch out for a new revision that I'm about to design and doesn't need glue to assembly. The air path is made using organic shapes to grant an unrestricted airflow. feedback is very welcome. Here is a one piece duct fan upgrade for the Ortur-4. This assembly is designed to accept a 24v 5015 blower fan and will significantly improve the quality of your prints.
