Enclosure for DDS Signal Generator with place for Power Supply. There was found a suitable power supply for the DDS ("EVD / DVD Universal Switching Power Supply Board + 5V / + 12V / -12V LCD / LED screen module"). Possible it is not enough stablized but it works for me.

I bought some time ago a DDS Signal Generator in a Chinese web shop. I was cheap but had no housing or case. In order not to damage the device, I decided to make one myself. I have drawn first the generator, so I could use this model to shape the box around the device. The 6 buttons were a bit tricky to design, but I worked out fine. I used 3mm Plexiglass, PMMA. You need 3 mm thick material else the buttons won't fit and are to lose. The case is closed and held together with long m3 x 40 mm...

This is my attempt to make a faceplate for the SSB6.1 Ham radio kit. V1 is a very basic plate with holes for front mounting screws. Could easily be adapted to your own custom case. V2 is a more finished look and a step closer to my goal of making a full case. I've made the mounting holes smaller to hopefully be able to use M3 screws through the rear threaded directly into the hole. Shaved off the wall mounts. Remixed some knurled knobs to go with it to make the thing more useable. I LOVE THIS LITTLE BOX NOW! Also remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3611103 you will need to turn on 'print thin walls' in cura for the small knob i printed mine with enough layers for top bottom and walls that it basically is 100% infill.

With the addition of an SiC insert to my switch, I found it difficult to get crumble into the insert without it falling out around the outside of the cup. This funnel has a lip so that the tip can sit in the insert without pressure fitting into it and pulling the cup out with the funnel. It has a smooth inner wall so the crumble wont get caught, and a big enough opening at the bottom so it shouldn't get clogged. The top fits snug enough against the rubber grommet to keep it sturdy but not tight...

Case for cheap DDS fucntion/signal generator. Hole placement for feet can vary, edit if needed. Doesn't need the holes for fixing, press fits nicely to the case. Printing: Print with your preferred setup, shouldn't need any supports if your printer is in shape. Most probably takes 3+ hours to print. I used Ender 3v2 with white Clas Ohlson PLA filament.
