The Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy (1899-1985) with Oscar Levant (1906-1972), piano. Recorded December 12, 1947 at the Academy of Music, Philadelphia. Originally issued as 78 set MM 785. This transfer is from the LP issue ML 4096 from 1948. This was part of a group of 120 classical recordings that were the first LPs ever issued. Transfer by Bob Varney.
