This is a multiple part assembly due to printer size constraints. The longest piece in this assembly is 6" x 2.5", so if your printer is bigger than that you can make this jig. This jig is based on the alignment jig that requiem arms makes from aluminum, but this is plastic and not $60 either. Low Poly AK47 Lamp. The lamp in its pieces, when put together, measures 25" tall. hole measures about 1/4". The file that contains the magazine is actually 2 pieces. I tried to design the magazine to fit perfectly and cover as much of the gas hose as possible. Its fixed on 3 places so it should hold quite well. Cyma Blowback charging handle bolt. I made this from scratch as finding a replacement from CYMA seems impossible. The handles brake when dropped as they are made from low grade aluminium. I printed will full supports in 0.2mm. Some sanding/filing will be required for proper oporation especially in the lower guides. Fully tested and working.

This version of the AK74 Hera CQR grip is split into two pieces and held together by m3x12 bolts to ease printing. Print with supports. The supported sections are not visible when in use because they all face the barrel. I also removed some sections that interfered with an under-barrel cleaning rod.

This is a part to hold the rails in the AK at the right height while you do the first spot welds. The side with the indent is for the ejector rail. Assemble as shown in the photo (The notch cutout for the thicker rail has moved from the middle piece to the bottom piece), slide your front trunnion into position, then slide the rail assembly in through the back and weld in place.
