War Crimes (June 2020) Date: July 05, 2020 in: ,, Interviews and Reports War Crimes (June 2020) On Thursday 4th June, a woman was martyred and two more were injured in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Samanda’ village near the center of Ghazni province. On Thursday 4th June, a man was martyred when a civilian house was hit in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Yangi Kala’ area of ‘Juma Bazaar’ district in Faryab province. On Saturday 6th June, a local Mulla Imam (the one who leads congregational prayers) named Moulavi Shah Mohammad Sahib and another civilian shopkeeper were martyred by the internal forces in ‘Qazalbash’ area of ‘Gizab’ district in Daikundi province. On Sunday 7th June, two farmers (Abdul Rahim and Abdul Razzaq) were ruthlessly martyred while significant amount of valuables was looted from civilian houses during a military operation of the internal forces in ‘Khor Malak’ area near the center of Farah province. On Sunday 7th June, a shopkeeper was martyred while two other civilians were wounded by the internal forces in ‘Shutar Shar’ area of ‘Shinwaro’ district in Parwan province. On Sunday 7th June, a civilian was martyred while another one was injured when the internal forces opened indiscriminate fire on the local people in ‘Chakhakiyan Manda’ area in Sangin district of Helmand province. On Monday 8th June, an eighty years old man (named Mohammad Gul Aka) was ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in Mosahi district of Kabul province. When the local people demonstrated in protest against this felony, the mercenary forces reopened indiscriminate fire on the demonstrators, in which another civilian named Rozadin was martyred while eight others were injured. On Tuesday 9th June, a religious educational institution was put on fire and a child was martyred by the internal forces in ‘Amin Kala’ area of Arghastan district in Kandahar province. On Wednesday 10th June, a civilian was martyred while four others were injured in the blind mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Deh Khoja’ area of Marghab district in Badghis province. On Thursday 11th June, a civilian was martyred while another one was injured in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Dehmazang’ area of ‘Delaram’ district in Nimroz’ province. On Friday 12th June, tents of civilian nomadic people were hit in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Nazar Khan’ area of Ghazni province, in which two children were martyred while two more civilians were wounded. On Friday 12th June, a civilian named Iqbal was martyred when the internal forces opened indiscriminate fire on the civilian people in ‘Salar’ area of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. On Friday 12th June, two women and a child were injured in the blind mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Musa Khail’ district of Khost province. On Saturday 13th June, a woman was martyred when a civilian house was hit and demolished in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Shahabuddin’ village of Narkh district in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. On Saturday 13th June, a civilian countryman named ‘Hamidullah Jan’ was forced down from his vehicle and ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in ‘Haft Asia’ area of ‘Said Abad’ district in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. Similarly another civilian named Javed while going home along with his brother on his motor bike was martyred and his brother was severely beaten. On Sunday 14th June, a child was martyred and another one was injured in the indiscriminate firing of the internal forces in ‘Pankali’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Sunday 14th June, nine innocent people including children and women were injured when a wedding ceremony was hit by a mortar shell randomly fired by the internal forces in ‘Mohib Khail’ area of ‘Tagab’ district in Kapisa province. On Sunday 14th June, a religious madrassa was hit by a mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Miyanjoy’ area of ‘Farah Road’ district in Farah province, in which a civilian named ‘Moulavi Abdul Bari’ and two young students were martyred while another civilian was injured. On Sunday 14th June, fourteen civilian people were injured when their transport vehicle was deliberately hit by the notorious Arbaki militiamen in ‘Khizar’ area near the center of Logar province. On Monday 15th June, an innocent civilian was martyred by the internal forces in ‘Arbab Kala’ area near the center of Ghazni province. On Monday 15th June, a child was martyred and significant financial losses were inflicted on the local people when ‘Asfanda’ village came under the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces near the center of Ghazni province. On Monday 15th June, a local shopping area called ‘Muhajir Bazaar’ situated on the main Kandahar-Herat highway near ‘Greshk’ district of Helmand province was bulldozed by the internal forces, in which two hundred shops, thirteen containers, eight medical stores and one petrol pump, all of them belonging to local civilian people, were demolished. Moreover, a huge amount of valuables were taken away by these forces and financial loss worth millions of Afghanis were inflicted on the innocent people, as told by the local people. On Saturday 20th June, two civilian people were martyred and a child was wounded in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in ‘Umar Khail’ area of Tagab district in Kapisa province. On Sunday 21st June, two civilians were injured, a mosque was damaged and financial losses were inflicted on the local people in the blind bombing of the internal forces in ‘Ghar’ area of ‘Allah Yar’ district in Ghor province. On Sunday 21st June, four innocent countrymen were martyred and wounded in the indiscriminate artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Pakili’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Tuesday 23rd June, an injured Talib was first tortured and then hanged to death by the internal forces in ‘Tapa Ahmad Baig’ area of Najrab district in Kapisa province. On Tuesday 23rd June, two civilians (named Nimatullah and Abdul Karim) were forced out from their homes and then dragged by tanks to death by the internal forces in ‘Qara Bagh’ district of Ghazni province. On Tuesday 23rd June, a civilian countryman was martyred while several others were injured by the internal forces in ‘Charkhab’ area near the center of Kunduz province. On Wednesday 24th June, two women were martyred and three children were injured in the random artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Chahar Dehi’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Wednesday 24th June, four innocent people were martyred while four others were injured when civilian houses were indiscriminately bombed by the internal forces in ‘Wazir Abad’ area of ‘Khas Balkh’ district in Balkh province. On Friday 26th June, a civilian (name Haji Abdul Bari) and his thirteen years old son were ruthlessly martyred during a brutal raid of the internal forces in ‘Seh Gana’ village of ‘Khair Kot’ district in Paktika province. On Friday 26th June, six children and women were martyred and injured in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces fired from the ‘Sparay’ complain base in ‘Aity’ village of ‘Dava Mando’ district in Khost province. On Friday 26th June, twelve piles of wheat belonging to civilian people were put on fire by the internal forces in ‘Niyaz Dara’ village of Bagram district in Parwan province. On Friday 26th June, three civilian people were martyred while another one was injured during the brutal raid of the ‘04’ brigade forces in ‘Bachi’ village of ‘Munawarra’ district in Kunar province. On Friday 26th June, the house of Mulla Imam named Abdul Wakeel was demolished and one of his child was injured in the blind artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Karz’ village of ‘Khash Khana’ district in Badakhshan province. On Friday 26th June, a civilian named Zafar Khan was forces out of his home and ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in ‘Folad Khana’ area near the center of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. Similarly another civilian named Sultan Mohammad was also martyred by the internal forces in ‘Jandi Khail’ area. On Saturday 27th June, a civilian was martyred while significant financial losses were inflicted on his family when a house was indiscriminately bombed by the internal forces in ‘Taraki’ village of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Sunday 28th June, a child was martyred while two more civilians were injured in the blind shelling of the internal forces in ‘Mush Khail’ village of ‘Yousuf Khail’ district in Paktika province. On Sunday 28th June, four civilian people were martyred, two people were injured while their houses were badly damaged in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in ‘Joy Ganj’, ‘Akaz’ and ‘Ishaqzi’ villages of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Monday 29th June, ‘Ganj Maila (open-air market)’ area of old bazaar in Sangin district of Helmand province was hit in the indiscriminate artillery shelling randomly fired by the internal forces of second brigade of Maiwand Corps, in which twenty three civilian people were ruthlessly martyred while more than forty civilians including children, youngsters and aged people were wounded. All of them had come to this local gathering for selling and buying animals. The stooge setup denied any involvement in this tragic incident, but the local eye-witnesses told the shells were fired from the second brigade direction. Two days later, UN also confirmed that the actual perpetrators of this incident were the internal forces. On Monday 29th June, five innocent countrymen were martyred and wounded when the internal forces opened indiscriminate fire on the civilian people in ‘Gumbaz’ area near the center of Logar province. On Tuesday 30th June, a woman and a child were injure while a mosque and an adjacent civilian house were damaged in the blind bombing of the internal forces in the central area of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Tuesday 30th June, a local mosque was damaged while financial losses were inflicted on civilian people in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in sixth road area of the ‘Central Baghlan’ district in Baghlan province. نام لیتا ہے، ان میں سے کبھی کسی نے حملے کی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کی ہے، جب زمین اور فضا کی نگرانی امریکہ کر رہا ہے اور ہر جگہ اس کا مکمل کنٹرول ہے تب بھی طالبان نے اپنی صفوں کو متحد رکھا، بہت مشکل حالات میں وہ کابل انتظامیہ اور مشہور سیاسی تنظیموں سے وہ متحد ، منظم اور فعال ہیں بلکہ وہ جنگ کے علاوہ سیاست اور نظم و نسق کی اعلی مثال پیش کر رہے ہیں ۔ عام مجاہدین اپنی قیادت پر غیر متزلزل یقین رکھتے ہیں اور عقیدت کے ساتھ ان کی ہدایات اور احکامات پر عمل درآمد کرتے ہیں اور ایسے مشکل وقت میں بھی اپنی قیادت کی آواز پر لبیک کہتے ہیں اور اس کی مکمل اطاعت کرتے ہیں جو کہ ایک مثال ہے، یہ اللہ تعالی کا کرم ہے کہ مجاہدین متحد ہیں اور ان کے خلاف دشمن کے تمام ہتکھنڈے ناکام ثابت ہوئے ۔ کابل انتظامیہ اور کچھ لوگ یہ پروپیگنڈہ کر رہے ہیں کہ افغانستان میں 22 عسکریت پسند گروہ سرگرم عمل ہیں اگر ہم طالبان کے ساتھ امن معاہدہ کریں تب بھی ملک میں جنگ ختم نہیں ہوگی، ہم کس کے ساتھ معاہدہ اور مذاکرات کریں، حالیہ چند دنوں کے معاہدے پر عمل درآمد سے ثابت ہوا کہ تمام مجاہدین ایک قیادت اور ایک جھنڈے تلے متحد ہیں، ان میں اختلاف اور 22 گروہوں کی بات بلکل غلط اور من گھڑت ہے، اگر مجاہدین میں اختلاف ہوتا یا متعدد گروہ ہوتے تو کاررائیوں کی شدت کم کرنے کے معاہدے پر عمل درآمد نہ ہوتا بلکہ ملک کے طول و عرض میں پہلے کی طرح دھماکے اور کارروائیاں ہوتیں، کامیاب تجربے سے دشمن کا پروپیگنڈہ دم توڑ گیا ۔ ایک ٹاک شو میں کابل انتظامیہ کے حامی ایک تجزیہ کار نے دعوی کیا کہ طالبان تو متحد نہیں ہیں، شیخ ھبۃ اللہ اخوندزادہ کا الگ گروپ ہے، حقانی نیٹ ورک الگ دھڑا ہے، ملا یعقوب کی سربراہی میں الگ دھڑا سرگرم ہے، اس کے علاوہ داعش سمیت 22 شدت پسند گروپس ملک میں سرگرم ہیں، حکومت کس کے ساتھ مذاکرات کرے، جس پر اینکرپرسن نے برجستہ سوال کیا کہ آپ ان طالبان کے ساتھ مذاکرات کریں جنہوں نے قندوز کو فتح کیا، جنہوں نے فراہ اور غزنی کو فتح کیا، جنہوں نے متعدد صوبوں کو محاصرہ کر رکھا ہے جنہوں نے درجنوں اضلاع کو فتح کیا ہے، جنہوں نے کابل کے دروازے پر دستک دی ہے، جن کی کارروائیوں میں روزانہ درجنوں اہل کار مارے جاتے ہیں ۔ میں چیلنج دیتا ہوں کہ جو لوگ افغانستان میں 22 مسلح تنظیموں کی موجودگی کے دعوے کرتے ہیں وہ ان تنظیموں اور ان کے قائدین کے نام بتائیں، کوئی ایک خبر بطور ثبوت پیش کریں کہ کسی واقعہ کی ذمہ داری ان 22 تنظیموں میں سے کسی نے قبول کی ہوں، ذاتی مقاصد اور سرکاری مراعات کے حصول کے لئے مجاہدین کے خلاف منفی پروپیگنڈہ کرنا ان عناصر کا شیوہ ہے لیکن وہ اپنے مقاصد میں کامیاب نہیں ہوں گے، ان کی سازشیں ناکام ہو گئیں اور ایسے عناصر بے نقاب ہو چکے ہیں ۔ دشمن نے خود اعتراف کیا ہے کہ ہم نے طالبان کے اندر اختلاف ڈالنے کے لئے کروڑوں ڈالر خرچ کئے اور میڈیا کے ذریعے انہیں بدنام کرنے کی کوشش کی لیکن اس کا نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ طالبان کے بجائے کابل انتظامیہ کے اندر اختلافات پیدا ہوئے، طالبان نے امن مذاکرات کے لئے ٹیم کا اعلان کر دیا لیکن کابل انتظامیہ اور سیاسی قائدین اس حوالے سے ایک پیج پر نہیں ہیں ان کے اندر شدید اختلافات پائے جاتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ کابل انتظامیہ خود بھی متحد نہیں ہے، امریکہ کے ساتھ معاہدے پر دستخط کے بعد بین الافغان مذاکرات کا نیا دور شروع ہوگا لیکن ابھی تک فریق مخالف نے ٹیم کا اعلان نہیں کیا ہے ۔ کچھ لوگ یہ پروپیگنڈہ کرتے ہیں کہ امریکی فوج کے انخلا کے بعد ملک میں خانہ جنگی شروع ہوگی اور ایک بار پھر 90 کی دہائی کی طرح ملک میں انارکی پھیل جائے گی، ان کی خدمت میں عرض ہے کہ روسی افواج کے انخلا کے وقت ملک میں سات جہادی تنظیمیں موجود تھیں اور روسی جارحیت کے خاتمے کے بعد جہادی تنظمیں آپس میں دست و گریبان ہوئیں لیکن اس وقت امریکی جارحیت کے خلاف صرف ایک امارت برسرپیکار ہے، قیادت ایک ہے، جبکہ امارت اسلامیہ نے ملک پر سات سال تک حکمرانی کی ہے اور 19 برس سے امریکہ اور نیٹو سمیت 48 ممالک کی افواج کے خلاف جنگ لڑی ہے، ملک کے تمام 34 صوبوں میں امارت اسلامیہ کے تمام ادارے منظم اور فعال ہیں، ہر صوبے کے لئے گورنر اور مختلف اداروں کے ذمہ داران تعینات ہیں، مثالی نظم و نسق موجود ہے، مجاہدین کے زیر کنٹرول علاقوں میں خانہ جنگی اور لاقانونیت کا کوئی تصور نہیں ہے البتہ کابل انتظامیہ کے زیر کنٹرول علاقوں میں بدامنی، لاقانونیت اور جرائم کے واقعات رونما ہو رہے ہیں لیکن جیسا ہی امن معاہدہ ہوگا اور بین الافغان مذاکرات کامیاب ہوں گے تو وطن عزیز آزاد اور اس میں اسلامی نظام نافذ ہوگا، کرپشن، لوٹ مار، لاقانونیت اور دیگر جرائم کا خاتمہ ہوگا، ملک میں ایک بار پھر مثالی امن قائم ہوگا، دشمن کے تمام حربے ناکام ثابت ہوئے، عوام اور مجاہدین کی قربانیوں کے ثمرات اب سامنے آرہے ہیں قوم کو جلد عظیم خوشخبری ملنے والی ہے ۔

We strongly reject this report and consider it propaganda and unsubstantiated for the following reasons: – The Islamic Emirate, in line with its own policy, does not interfere in the affairs other countries hence it does not seek to support anyone working outside the borders of Afghanistan in India or any other country. – Afghanistan is under the direct occupation of America and its allies for the past nineteen years and the Afghans under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate are fighting a great war of independence and establishment of an Islamic government. How is it then possible that we support anyone outside our borders when we ourselves are engaged in such a burdensome war? – The Islamic Emirate signed an agreement with the United States on the 29th February 2020 and is currently using all means at its disposal for its implementation and bringing comprehensive peace to Afghanistan. On the aforementioned grounds, the Islamic Emirate does not support any foreign organization in the Indian Subcontinent or any other place.
