A printable selector valve for diverting fluid to different directions. . This was designed with aquaponics / hydroponics in mind but may have many other uses. Its all customizable too, so there are lots of options, for example: * Valve can be servo controlled, or manual. * Any size + number of outlets you want, as well as multiple inlets so it can tee into the middle of a line. . This isn't done yet (I still need to add connectors for hoses and to attach each tray to the frame of the aquaponic garden), but it's a proof of concept of a printable tray with integrated bell siphon. This grow bed is big enough to hold some decent sized plants, but totally printable on a Replicator 1 build platform. I design things in my free time, just for fun. I designed these as a way to start seedlings on the Beaver Plastics lettuce floats with ~1" openings. Any rafts with 1" holes will work. It also works well in 2" tubes with 1" holes drilled in. If using a larger tube, the water collection tube might not reach the reservoir. This is a bracket assembly to elevate and hold a dual bulb 2 ft fluorescent light above my 10 gallon aquaponics system. I have a basic metal tube stand below the tank with roughly 3/4 in diameter vertical legs. It consists of 6 printed parts to clamp on the the 2-vertical 5/8 in diameter wood dowels. This is a coupler+reducer for a small aquarium pump connecting to a 3/8" black vinyl tubing. I use this in my fish tanks for sump pump to auto-level my water, and also for aquaponics to pump water through my plant beds. I found that the coupler that came with the pump didn't fit the 3/8" tubing (or the pump) tightly enough, and had tried plugging the tube directly to the pump but there was a 1mm gap. I was not too happy with having so many parts just to make a u-siphon so I designed this. I think it works a bit better than a standard u-siphon from pvc elbows, but I'm sure it depends on your input flows and exit pipes, like with most siphons. The "theoretical" sizes were really tight from the filament I used, so I messed around and determined the 103 scale was right for my printer to fit 1/2 inch PVC. I had fun designing this, so I plan on designing some more special elbows, etc....

Anbei meine Luftheber. Das ganze basiert auf einem 50mm Abflussrohr. In diese habe ich einmal rund herum lauter kleine Löcher gebohrt (1mm Löcher, der Ring war ca. 2cm hoch). Danach zwei Rohrdichtungen in mein Teil gegeben und über die Löscher geschoben. Variante 1 mit 2 Eingängen Durchmesser 6 mm. Hatte hier eine EHeim Luftpumpe drauf hängen. Variante 2 mit einem 9mm Durchmesser Eingang (das ist der vom Foto). Und zum Schluss noch eine Halterung für die Schlauchmontage auf dem Rohr....

This is a 3-part Aquaponics fish bowl topper for a 12" fish bowl with an 8" mouth. The three section clip together via an interference fit. It is driven by an airlift pump using a small air stone which clips into the bottom of the stand pipe. The top compartment is stuffed full of pond filter foam.
