This FreeCAD® project builds a custom-size box with removable cover. This is very basic box with a sliding lid. Dimensions are 5x5x4cm. The lid is a tight fit but does loosen up with use. I printed this in low resolution because I didn't need anything else and it works fine and feels sturdy.

It has two compartments for two kinds of pills or two sets or whatever you want. I suggest to sand it a little bit to give it a matte look, like real pill. Feel free to comment. The original file was not the size I needed. We needed to have some obvious guidelines for where to but the dead and charged batteries. So a green box for charged and a black box for dead batteries seems to have done the trick.

I created a box with the outer dimensions 70x50x50, and with the inner dimention of 63x36x42 (LxWxH). The box has a lid that slides into the top, matching the decoration pattern that goes around the box. It can be used to contain all kinds of small pieces or be used as a gift box. The bx should have no problem with being scaled up or down, as long as your printer can handle 0.5mm+ overhang for the pattern that goes around it,

Just a simple 2 parts box, here used for an external battery. Main part inner volume: 80*35*125mm External volume : 90*45*145mm Printing: No need to add supports if you place parts correctly, but feel free to use a high infill for resistance. Make sure your printer is correctly calibrated on all axis, as the cover part slides in the main part, it should slide in, but not loose. Correctly printed, you should hear a clicking sound when the box is closed.

This is remixed from McPorsche's Lockbox. I wanted to add a custom name on the box but I am working with Fusion 360 and it wouldn't import the STL's in a useful way, so I had to rebuild the box with Fusion 360. While I was at it with rebuilding the box, I went ahead and rounded the outer corners for better impact resistance and gave the lid interface a guide to make it easier to line up.
