For anybody who doesn't know what is going on, this is dug up from the middle of the rabbit hole known as Chris-Chan. Part of Chris's internet notoriety is caused by him being gullible enough to fall for online trolls posing as girlfriends time and time again. One of these fake girlfriends, Ivy, "punished" Chris because he cheated on her with another online girlfriend. This is footage of the aforementioned punishment, as Chris humiliates himself for the eyes of the World Wide Web.
