Summary This is a remix of a file from AK_Eric, for Sigma's Hyperspheres in overwatch. I used his file and modified it a fair bit to get the right shape needed for these. Print 12 of them, and then glue them together. Simple! As of uploading this i have yet to test print them, but they should print and fit together perfectly fine. Edit 09/30/17: Updated Container Skirt, Skirt detail, Cap and added Container Static Connector. The first 3 were updated to give a little bit better tolerances when printed. When I made the first Hogdrogen container (now deleted) it was with almost no knowledge of how Fusion 360 worked and the last 3D modelling program I had used being Maya in like 2008. Raphtalia sword from The Rising of the Shield Hero. The entire sword length is about 30 inches from the end of the pommel to the tip. Inside there is a Ø 3.56mm hole which I filled with a Ø .125" carbon fiber rod measuring about 20 inches long. QTY 2 of each blade portion is needed. QTY 1 of all other parts.

Spear head made based on Bandana Waddle Dees from the Kirby series! Dimensions are 10cm x 5cm x 17.5cm. Hole for dowel rod goes 3cm deep. It has a VERY tight fit on a 1/2" dowel, hole having a 13mm diameter If printed in halves, you will obviously need to glue them together. I lightly sand the surfaces to be glued for better adhesion. Point literally goes to a point, so you may want to sand it a bit for safety. If you don't want your spear to have a tight fit, size it up a percent or afew....

My 1st attempt at a dagger / knife in F360. I am pretty happy with how it turned out, I printed mine in 2 halves then glued them together, the edges dont meet very well though, (I got some warpage), will require some gap filling. I included a full model for people to cut up in Mesh Mixer if they want to print it in a different way. This is a 5'5" Lance of Longinus from Evangelion. It's broken into 8 parts to be printed, though depending on the printer, you may need to slice it differently. I'd recommend a high infill otherwise the parts get rather wobbly near the tip. I also had a connector that fit a 3/8" bolt and nut. I had to do some manual welding of plastic with a soldering iron to get it attached, but it allows the spear to be disassembled into two parts like a pool cue, for easier transport.

Minato's Kunai. I tried to make it as close in size that it appears to be in the anime. An important note would be that I'm still learning how to make parts screw together and had a difficult time getting them to work. To save time you could always drill out the screw hole and just glue it together. I did manage with my print to get it to work, but it took some cleaning and partially drilling out some of the screw hole. Maybe my printer just need a little calibration? Either way, I had fun...

Another continuation of the Byleth cosplay props! I found that daggers are a length of 9-14in if you want to have a somewhat accurate size for a dagger. This dagger comes in three pieces plus an optional pocket sheath. I wanted to make this more convention friendly, so please be sure to shave down sharp parts!
