This is a fan silencer for if you mod the Ender 3's PSU. It will inhibit intake and exhaust at around 20% efficiency loss. The design is intercooler focused. Completion time of can be done on a fast setting and finished in 1-1.5hrs. [EXHAUST ONLY] Depending on how the fan is installed in the PSU (don't know if this variable). Mine was configured to pull air trough the ventilation holes and out the fan (acting as an exhaust). check the flow of the PSU with a piece of paper.

I liked the design of the honeycomb fan cover I saw, but I wanted it more secure. So I combined it with another design that had wings with holes for the screw. I lowered the inset part so it could fit more snug onto the main board cover.

This is just a small remix of the BL Touch adapter provided from printermods. The original adapter was too thick for the fan shroud to fit into the housing so I had to chop off slightly to make room for it. My Ender 3 shipped with a slight misalignment between the holes in the Z motor bracket (green object in the image) and the the holes in the Z profile/pillar. A simple fix is to bump up the bracket without changing the original design. Remix of StreelyDan's wide bracket, but this model allows you to use stock screws. I do plan on adding the shorter bracket later. I added threaded holes on the left hand side for mounting the LCD to the bracket so you don't have to buy new hardware, and I decreased the height of the countersink on the right hand side so the stock hardware can get more threads in. Here is a different version of the MicroSD to USB Adapter Holder. I reduced the mass but increased the strength of the mounting points to reduce cracking of the filament. It should only take ~34mins if you have the infill below 10% and walls at least 3 or below. I have attached the .STEP file if anyone would like to modify it. Happy making!

If you are installing a BLTouch kit (from Creality or some other vendor) on an Ender 3, you may find that your fan crashes with the display cable. If you are a bit disappointed by this, don't be. The BLTouch is totally worth it once calibrated correctly. To fix your problem you can print this frame or a new lid with the fan at a different place. I've remade this to fit the Ender 3 Max as it is made differently and the original one just doesn't fit it. This is made to slot into the 4020 section ad located behind the installed LCD screen. and hole for 40mm fan is in the side to allow air cooling and a slot for a camera ribbon.

I only had M3 x 20mm hardware available, so I modified the knob to work with that size. I also added some holes to the knob for artistic flare. Make sure your tolerances are dialed in. I had to increase my horizontal expansion by .1mm in Cura for the roller. I also needed to use a washer between the bearing and the body piece to get it to move smoothly.

Immediately after printing Baggi0's Ender 3 tool holder (No Extra Screws needed), the hook for the snips broke off - so this is a quick and dirty fix to re-add a hook to the tool holder. The hook was taken from the original model, with the attachment modified by myself. Youll need to sand down the peg a little to get it to fit snugly into the hole.

I bought an MKS SGen Motherboard for my Ender 3 Pro but there is no motherboard mount I could find, which fits the requirements. This is why I took TeachingTechs design and changed it to fit the MKS SGen motherboard. It is currently a work in progress, as I haven't installed it yet on my machine (still waiting for the motherboard to arrive from china).

A stand alone spool holder for Ender 3. Main advantage is reducing vibration/ringing, by separating heavy spool and printer itself. You need 2 bolts and t-nuts (spare ender parts). Support is required only in holes for t-nuts and bolts. Print flat (third image)

The Creality ender 3 is a wonderful 3D printer for the low price range. But lacks with some features which can be modified and improved by making small upgrades. So this upgrade will make the things cool faster with guided air flow. feel free to remix it the way you want. You can even add surround cooling tube to the same fan with some modifications which doesn't need the factory fan replacement to some other place.
