بین الافغان مذاکرات میں تاخیر، کس لئے ؟ Date: 2020-07-08 بین الافغان مذاکرات میں تاخیر، کس لئے ؟ آج کی بات امارت اسلامیہ اور امریکہ نے دوحہ معاہدے میں اس بات پر اتفاق کیا ہے کہ امارت اسلامیہ اور کابل حکومت کے 5000 + 1000 قیدیوں کا تبادلہ کیا جائے گا اور معاہدے پر دستخط کے دس دن بعد (10 مارچ) کو بین الافغان مذاکرات شروع ہوں گے، لیکن افسوس کہ اس فیصلے کے چار ماہ بعد بھی نہ صرف بین الافغان مذاکرات شروع نہیں ہوئے بلکہ تاخیر کی وجوہات بھی دن بدن بڑھتی جارہی ہیں۔ کابل انتظامیہ کے حکام نے کہا ہے کہ وہ "امارت اسلامیہ اور امریکہ کے درمیان ہونے والے معاہدے کے تحت ” پانچ ہزار قیدیوں میں سے چھ سو قیدیوں کو رہا نہیں کریں گے۔ کابل انتظامیہ وقتا فوقتا قیدیوں کے تبادلے میں بہت سی رکاوٹیں کھڑی کرتی رہی ہے اور اب بھی قیدیوں کی رہائی کےعمل میں رکاوٹ ڈالنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے۔ تاکہ اس کے نتیجے میں بین الافغان مذاکرات بھی تعطل کا شکار ہوں۔ امن کے ساتھ کابل حکومت کی دشمنی سورج کی طرح واضح ہے کیونکہ اب امن کے لئے جو حالات اور امکانات سازگار ہیں وہ بے مثال ہیں لہذا جو فریق امن کے لئے موجودہ سازگار حالات میں جنگ کا اعلان کرتا ہے، بلا شبہ وہ جنگ کی آگ کو بھڑکانا چاہتا ہے اور افغانستان کی تباہی اور جنگ میں اپنے ناجائز مفادات کے خواہاں ہے۔ امارت اسلامیہ کا قیام بدعنوانی ، جنگ اور جبر کے خاتمے اور ایک منصفانہ نظام کے قیام کے لئے عمل میں لایا گیا تھا۔ ہم اپنے اعلی اہداف کی تکمیل کے لئے پرعزم ہیں، اور تمام ممکنہ ذرائع سے ان اہداف کی تکمیل کے لئے کوشاں ہیں۔ جو فریق امن عمل کی روک تھام کرتا ہے، جنگ کو دوام دیتا ہے اور وطن عزیز پر ناجائز قبضہ برقرار رکھنا چاہتا ہے، وہ جنگ سے متاثرہ قوم کی گرفت سے بری نہیں ہو سکتا اور اس کو عوام کے سامنے جنگ کے تسلسل ، حملہ آوروں کی خدمت، بدعنوانی اور جبر کا حساب دینا ہوگا۔ امارت اسلامیہ نے دوحہ معاہدے پر عمل درآمد کرنے کے لئے اپنے عزم کا اظہار کیا ہے اور اس کو ثابت کیا ہے، اور اپنی جانب سے شیڈول کے مطابق تمام شرائط کو پورا کیا ہے، لہذا امریکہ کو امارت اسلامیہ کے ساتھ اپنے وعدوں پر قائم رہنا چاہئے اور کسی اور کو معاہدے کی خلاف ورزی کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دینی چاہئے۔ امریکہ قیدیوں کی رہائی سے متعلق کابل حکومت کی عدم دلچسپی سے خود کو بری الذمہ قرار نہیں دیا جاسکتا ، کیونکہ اسی حکومت کو امریکہ نے تشکیل دیا ، تربیت دی ، اس کی پرورش کی ، اور اب وہ امریکہ کی فوجی ، سیاسی اور معاشی امداد پر قائم ہے۔ اشرف غنی اور ان کے ارد گرد جمع ٹیکنوکریٹس اور جنگ پسند حکام امن اپنے اقتدار اور ذاتی مفادات کے لئے نقصان دہ سمجھتے ہیں، کیونکہ وہ ان عہدوں پر اہلیت اور حب الوطنی کی بنیاد پر فائز نہیں ہوئے بلکہ حملہ آوروں کی خدمت کے بدلے وہ ان عہدوں پر تعینات ہیں، جارحیت کے خاتمے کی صورت میں وہ افغانستان کو اپنا گھر سمجھتے ہیں اور ہی افغان عوام کو حقیقی افغان کی حیثیت سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ امریکہ نے 19 برس سے افغان عوام پر اپنے خدمت گاروں کو مسلط کیا تھا، اب اس کھیل کو ختم کرنا ہوگا۔ امارت اسلامیہ کے ساتھ طے پانے والے معاہدے کے مطابق جلد از جلد قیدیوں کی متعین تعداد کو رہا کیا جانا چاہئے تاکہ بین الافغان بات چیت کا آغاز ہو اور افغان عوام اپنی مرضی سے اسلامی حکومت تشکیل دے سکیں۔

امن کی راہ میں ایک بار پھر رکاوٹ Date: 2020-07-08 امن کی راہ میں ایک بار پھر رکاوٹ تحریر: سیدعبدالرزاق جب سے امریکااور امارتِ اسلامیہ کے درمیان امن معاہدہ دستخط ہواہے اسی وقت سے مسلسل کابل انتظامیہ بے چینی کا شکار ہے-امن معاہدہ سے قبل کابل انتظامیہ کے رئیس اشرف غنی گلہ پھاڑ کر کہتا تھا کہ میں ہر قیمت پر امن چاہتاہوں- چیخ چیخ کر کہتاتھا کہ امن کے قیام کے لیے میراسر تن سے جدا ہوجائے میں اس کے لیے بھی تیار ہوں- زور لگاکر بلند آواز سے وہ امارتِ اسلامیہ کے ایک ایک بڑے کا نام لے کر للکار کے انداز میں امن کی نام نہاد دعوت دیتا تھا اور اس کایہ طریقہ بلاشبہ غلط تھا کہ اس وقت اس کے پاس کوئی اختیار نہیں تھا تو مذاکرات کا مقصد کیاٹھہرتا؟ امریکا کے ساتھ جیسے ہی امن معاہدہ دستخط ہواتو موصوف اور اس کی انتظامیہ نے کروٹ بدل لی- آئے روز معاہدہ کی تعمیل میں رخنے ڈالناشروع کیے-کبھی بین الافغانی مذاکرات کی جگہ کی تعیناتی میں اختلاف تو کبھی اپنے خودساختہ آئین کے تحفظ کا رونا۔ کبھی ڈھونگ انتخابات تو کبھی اپنی مرضی کے نتائج کے انتظار میں حیص بیص کاشکار بنتا جارہا تھا-امن معاہدہ میں پہلااقدام قیدیوں کی رہائی کاعمل تھا -اس پر موصوف نے بجائے اسانی پیداکرنے کی قدم قدم پر رکاوٹیں ڈالیں- حالانکہ یہ واقعی، سنجیدہ اور حقیقی مذاکرات کے لیے راہ ہموار کرنے کا سب سے بڑااور مضبوط راستہ تھا اگر اسے اختیار کیا جاتا۔ قیدیوں کی رہائی میں جب لیت ولعل سے کام لینا شروع کیا تو امارتِ اسلامیہ نے دباو ڈال کر یہ عمل شروع کروایا-جو کام دس دنوں میں ہونا تھا اس پر پانچ مہینوں کاطویل عرصہ گزرا لیکن پھر بھی انتہاء کو نہیں پہنچا-خدا خدا کرکے رہاہونے والوں کی تعداد ساڑھے تین ہزار تک پہونچ گئی جس سے امن کے قیام، بند مذاکرات کے کھلنے کی ایک جھلک نظر آگئی -مگر یہاں پھر اس بد نیت اور بدخو دشمن نے دراڑ ڈال دی-ابھی کل ۵ جولائی کو اس کی بنائی ہوئی کمیشن براے رہائی نے اعلان کیا کہ ان قیدیوں کی لسٹ میں سے پانچ سو سے کچھ اوپر کے قیدیوں کو نہیں رہاہونے دیاجائے گا- وجہ یہ بتائی کہ یہ سنگین جرائم میں ملوث ہیں-پوچھنے پر معلوم ہوا کہ وہ سنگین جرائم ان کے بقول خود کش حملوں میں ملوث ہونا یے۔بعض اہم سرکاری شخصیات کے قتل کی منصوبہ بندی اور اس جیسے جرائم شامل ہیں۔ اس بھونڈے اور بے بنیاد وجہ کو سن کر بندہ ششدر رہ جاتا ہے-عقل ماتم کرنے لگتی ہے-آخر ایسی کیا مت ماری گئی ہے؟ کیوں ملت کو مخمصہ میں رکھاجاتا ہے؟اگر واقعی یہ جرائم ایسے ہیں جن کی وجہ سے رہائی عمل میں نہیں لائی جاسکتی تو پھر یہ جو رہاہوئے یا رہاہونگے ان کے جرائم کیاتھے؟ ظاہر ہے ان میں کسی کو بھی چوری، ڈکیتی یا پھر ذاتی لڑائی جھگڑے کی بنیاد پر تو گرفتار نہیں کیاگیاتھا- یہ سب اس جرم میں شریک تھے کہ کسی نے امریکی فوجی کو کلاشن سے قتل کیاہے تو کسی نے ان کے غلاموں کو گولی ماری ہے-یہ ایک بارودی سرنگ نصب کرنے کے جرم میں گرفتار ہواہے تو وہ دوسرا ٹینک تباہ کرنے کے جرم میں جیل لایا گیاہے. آخر یہ دو تہذیبوں کے درمیان جنگ ہے-اس میں جو بھی گرفتار ہوگا جس جانب سے بھی ہو وہ اپنے حریف کی نگاہ میں شدید مجرم ہوگا۔ پھر یہ کیامعنی رکھتاہے کہ جی وہ جو رہاہوئے وہ کم مجرم تھے اورجو باقی ہیں وہ زیادہ مجرم ہیں؟ آخر ان ملت دشمنوں کے عزائم اس کے سوا اور کیاہوسکتے ہیں کہ ان جیسے ڈھکوسلوں سے امن کے خواب کو کبھی شرمندہ تعبیر نہ ہونے دیں؟ ایسی سمجھ سے بالاتر باتیں اور شوشے بجاطور پر یہ پتہ دیتی ہیں کہ ملت کے یہ قاتل کسی صورت ملت کو پر امن نہیں دیکھنا چاہتے۔ اس نازک وقت میں وہ صلح اور آشتی کی جاری کوششوں کو سبوتاژ کرنے کے لیے مصروفِ عمل ہیں-لیکن یاد رکھیں جس طرح دیگر سرخ لائنیں سفید ہوگئیں ان شاءاللہ یہاں بھی ناکامی اور رسوائی ان کامنہ چڑھارہی ہوگی۔

زابل وہلمند: فوجی درندگی، مسجد منھدم 13 نمازی شہید وزخمی Date: 2020-07-09 زابل وہلمند: فوجی درندگی، مسجد منھدم 13 نمازی شہید وزخمی سفاک دشمن نے ہلمند وزابل صوبوں عشاء کی نماز کی وقت مسجد کو نشانہ بنایا۔ رپوٹ کے مطابق جمعرات کے رات عشاء کے وقت نو بجے کے لگ بھگ صوبہ ہلمند ضلع گرشک کے مھاجر بازار کے علاقے میں وحشی دشمن نے گاؤں کے مسجد کو نماز کی دوران مارٹرتوپوں سے نشانہ بنایا، جس سے مسجد منھدم، پانچ نمازی شہید، جبکہ سات مزید زخمی ہوئے۔ انا للہ وانا الیہ راجعون اطلاع کے مطابق بدھ کے روز عصر کے وقت صوبہ زابل ضلع میزان کے ٹکیر کے علاقے میں دشمن کے جیٹ طیاروں نے بمبار کی، جس سے 2 بچے زخمی ہوئے۔ انا للہ انا الیہ راجعون

حملےو دھماکے، ڈاکو گرفتار، 3 ٹینک تباہ، حکام سمیت 10 ہلاک Date: 2020-07-09 حملےو دھماکے، ڈاکو گرفتار، 3 ٹینک تباہ، حکام سمیت 10 ہلاک الفتح آپریشن کے سلسلے میں امارت اسلامیہ کے مجاہدین نے پکتیکا، میدان، ننگرہار اور غزنی صوبوں میں کٹھ پتلی فوجوں کو نشانہ بنایا، جب کہ صوبہ پکتیا میں ایک فوجی مجاہدین سے آملے۔ آمدہ اطلاعات کے مطابق بدھ کےروز صوبہ پکتیکا ضلع زیڑوک کے سرہ میدان کے علاقے میں فوجی کاروان پر ہونے والے دھماکوں سے 3 فوجی ٹینک تبا ہ ہونے کے علاوہ 7 اہلکار ہلاک جب کہ 5 زخمی ہوئے۔ دریں اثناء صوبہ میدان کے صدر مقام میدان شہر کے تورہ تیژہ کے علاقے میں قائم چوکی پر مجاہدین نے لیزرگن سے حملہ کیا، جس میں چوکی کمانڈر اور ایک جنگجو ہلاک ہوئے، مجاہدین نے ایک ہیوی مشین گن، دو کلاشنکوفیں اور دیگر فوجی سازوسامان غنیمت کرلی۔ دوسری جانب صوبہ ننگرہار کے صدر مقام جلال آباد شہر کے چشمہ کے علاقے میں مجاہدین نے سیکورٹی آ‌فسر نظام الدین کو قتل کردیا اوران کی گاڑی اور موبائل کو قبضے میں لیا۔ اسی طرح رات کے وقت صوبہ غزنی ضلع واغظ کے چاردرہ گاؤں کے قریب مجاہدین نے احمدگل ولد سلطان شاہ نامی ڈاکو کو رنگے ہاتھوں گرفتار کرلیا اور ان کے قبضے سے ایک موٹرسائیکل بھی برآمد ہوا۔ مجاہدین نے ان کے مقدمہ کو شرعی عدالت کے حوالے کردیا۔ ذرائع کے مطابق صوبہ پکتیا ضلع زازئی آریوب کے رہائشی افغان فوجی سلطان جان ولد نورمحمد نے حقائق کا ادراک کرتے ہوئے مخالفت سے دستبردار ہوئے۔

لال مسجدسانحہ لال مسجد حادثہ یا منصوبہ۔۔۔؟ یہ ۱۰ جولائی کی صبح تھی کہ عین اس وقت جبکہ حکومت اور غازی عبدالرشید شہیدؒ کے درمیان مذاکرات ایک مثبت نتیجے پر پہنچ چکے تھے، اور پھر مذاکرات کا سلسلہ ختم ہوتے ہی جس درندگی کے ساتھ لال مسجد اور جامعہ حفصہؓ کے اندر موجود طلباء و طالبات اور اساتذہ کو مسلح آپریشن کا نشانہ بنایا گیا وہ ملک کی تاریخ میں وحشت اور درندگی کی ایک مثال کے طور پر ہمیشہ موجود رہے گا۔ لال مسجد اور جامعہ حفصہؓ کے سانحے نے چنگیز خان، ہلاکو خان، اور ہٹلر جیسے ظالموں کو بھی شرما کے رکھ دیا ہے .. سانحہ لال مسجد کے اسباب و عوامل کیا تھے اور معاملات کو اس افسوسناک مرحلہ تک پہنچانے میں کس کس کا کیا کردار ہے؟ سب کچھ واضح ہوچکا ہے تیرہ (۱۳) سال بیت گئے، لیکن معاملہ جوں کا توں ہے اس وقت اگر فحاشی کے آلات جلانے پر وہ انتہاپسند تھے تو آج پرامن رہنے کے باوجود روزانہ ان کا گھیراؤ کرنا، ان پر کھانے پینے کی آشیا بند کرنا، طلباء کے آنے جانے پر پابندی لگانا کیا معنی رکھتی ہے؟ کیا یہ صرف اور صرف مدارس سے دشمنی نہیں؟ کیا مدینہ ثانی کے نام پر اس ملک کو ایک سیکولر غیرمسلم ریاست بنانے کی کوششیں نہیں ہورہی؟؟ اسلام آباد میں سرکاری خرچے پر مندر کی تعمیر اور عین اسی وقت اسلام آباد ہی کے علاقے توحیدماڈل ٹاؤن میں مسجد کو گرانا کسی سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت ہورہا ہے … لال مسجد کے عملے کو ڈرا دھمکا کر یا پیسوں کا لالچ دے کر مدرسہ و مسجد کو منتقل کرنا بھی ایسی ہی منصوبے کی ایک کڑی ہے … اور ایسے منصوبوں کو عملی جامہ پہنانے والوں کا انجام بھی مشرف کی شکل میں سب نے دیکھ لیا کہ آج کس حال میں ہے ….. اللہ تعالیٰ مولانا عبدالعزیز حفظہ اللہ کو استقامت عطا فرمائے اور اللہ تعالیٰ ان کی مدد فرمائے کہ آپ اس طاغوت کا ڈٹ کر مقابلہ کر رہے ہیں ورنہ اے وفاق المدارس سمیت تمام مدارس کے طلباء و اساتذہ علمائے کرام و شیوخ عظام! اگر آج لال مسجد پر آپ غیرت نہیں کریں گے، آج مولانا عبدالعزیز حفظہ اللہ کی دفاع کیلئے اٹھ کھڑے نہیں ہونگے، تو کل آپکی باری ہے ایک ایک کرکے تمام مدارس کو نہیں چھوڑنے والے یہ بکے ہوئے حکمران ….. تحریک طالبان پاکستان علمائے کرام اور طلباء و اساتذہ کرام غرض ہر مکتبۂ فکر کو اپیل کرتی ہے کہ خدارا اس کفری جمہوری نظام کا بائیکاٹ کرکے مسلح جہاد کا آغاز کرے ورنہ گھروں کے اندر بھی نماز پڑھنا مشکل ہوجائے گا مسجدوں پر تو ویسے بھی کرونا کے نام پر یہودی سازش کی وجہ سے نمازوں پر پابندی لگ چکی ہے … اللہ تعالیٰ ان تمام مجاہدین کے حامی و ناصر ہو جو طاغوت وقت کے ساتھ برسرپیکار ہیں … آمین Share Facebook Twitter Stumbleupon LinkedIn Pinterest About umar

War Crimes (June 2020) Date: July 05, 2020 in: ,, Interviews and Reports War Crimes (June 2020) On Thursday 4th June, a woman was martyred and two more were injured in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Samanda’ village near the center of Ghazni province. On Thursday 4th June, a man was martyred when a civilian house was hit in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Yangi Kala’ area of ‘Juma Bazaar’ district in Faryab province. On Saturday 6th June, a local Mulla Imam (the one who leads congregational prayers) named Moulavi Shah Mohammad Sahib and another civilian shopkeeper were martyred by the internal forces in ‘Qazalbash’ area of ‘Gizab’ district in Daikundi province. On Sunday 7th June, two farmers (Abdul Rahim and Abdul Razzaq) were ruthlessly martyred while significant amount of valuables was looted from civilian houses during a military operation of the internal forces in ‘Khor Malak’ area near the center of Farah province. On Sunday 7th June, a civilian was martyred while another one was injured when the internal forces opened indiscriminate fire on the local people in ‘Chakhakiyan Manda’ area in Sangin district of Helmand province. On Monday 8th June, an eighty years old man (named Mohammad Gul Aka) was ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in Mosahi district of Kabul province. When the local people demonstrated in protest against this felony, the mercenary forces reopened indiscriminate fire on the demonstrators, in which another civilian named Rozadin was martyred while eight others were injured. On Friday 12th June, two women and a child were injured in the blind mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Musa Khail’ district of Khost province. On Saturday 13th June, a woman was martyred when a civilian house was hit and demolished in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Shahabuddin’ village of Narkh district in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. On Saturday 13th June, a civilian countryman named ‘Hamidullah Jan’ was forced down from his vehicle and ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in ‘Haft Asia’ area of ‘Said Abad’ district in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. Similarly another civilian named Javed while going home along with his brother on his motor bike was martyred and his brother was severely beaten. On Sunday 14th June, a child was martyred and another one was injured in the indiscriminate firing of the internal forces in ‘Pankali’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Sunday 14th June, nine innocent people including children and women were injured when a wedding ceremony was hit by a mortar shell randomly fired by the internal forces in ‘Mohib Khail’ area of ‘Tagab’ district in Kapisa province. On Sunday 14th June, a religious madrassa was hit by a mortar shelling of the internal forces in ‘Miyanjoy’ area of ‘Farah Road’ district in Farah province, in which a civilian named ‘Moulavi Abdul Bari’ and two young students were martyred while another civilian was injured. On Sunday 14th June, fourteen civilian people were injured when their transport vehicle was deliberately hit by the notorious Arbaki militiamen in ‘Khizar’ area near the center of Logar province. On Monday 15th June, an innocent civilian was martyred by the internal forces in ‘Arbab Kala’ area near the center of Ghazni province. On Monday 15th June, a child was martyred and significant financial losses were inflicted on the local people when ‘Asfanda’ village came under the indiscriminate mortar shelling of the internal forces near the center of Ghazni province. On Monday 15th June, a local shopping area called ‘Muhajir Bazaar’ situated on the main Kandahar-Herat highway near ‘Greshk’ district of Helmand province was bulldozed by the internal forces, in which two hundred shops, thirteen containers, eight medical stores and one petrol pump, all of them belonging to local civilian people, were demolished. Moreover, a huge amount of valuables were taken away by these forces and financial loss worth millions of Afghanis were inflicted on the innocent people, as told by the local people. On Saturday 20th June, two civilian people were martyred and a child was wounded in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in ‘Umar Khail’ area of Tagab district in Kapisa province. On Sunday 21st June, two civilians were injured, a mosque was damaged and financial losses were inflicted on the local people in the blind bombing of the internal forces in ‘Ghar’ area of ‘Allah Yar’ district in Ghor province. On Sunday 21st June, four innocent countrymen were martyred and wounded in the indiscriminate artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Pakili’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Tuesday 23rd June, an injured Talib was first tortured and then hanged to death by the internal forces in ‘Tapa Ahmad Baig’ area of Najrab district in Kapisa province. On Tuesday 23rd June, two civilians (named Nimatullah and Abdul Karim) were forced out from their homes and then dragged by tanks to death by the internal forces in ‘Qara Bagh’ district of Ghazni province. On Tuesday 23rd June, a civilian countryman was martyred while several others were injured by the internal forces in ‘Charkhab’ area near the center of Kunduz province. On Wednesday 24th June, two women were martyred and three children were injured in the random artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Chahar Dehi’ area of Sangin district in Helmand province. On Wednesday 24th June, four innocent people were martyred while four others were injured when civilian houses were indiscriminately bombed by the internal forces in ‘Wazir Abad’ area of ‘Khas Balkh’ district in Balkh province. On Friday 26th June, a civilian (name Haji Abdul Bari) and his thirteen years old son were ruthlessly martyred during a brutal raid of the internal forces in ‘Seh Gana’ village of ‘Khair Kot’ district in Paktika province. On Friday 26th June, six children and women were martyred and injured in the random mortar shelling of the internal forces fired from the ‘Sparay’ complain base in ‘Aity’ village of ‘Dava Mando’ district in Khost province. On Friday 26th June, twelve piles of wheat belonging to civilian people were put on fire by the internal forces in ‘Niyaz Dara’ village of Bagram district in Parwan province. On Friday 26th June, three civilian people were martyred while another one was injured during the brutal raid of the ‘04’ brigade forces in ‘Bachi’ village of ‘Munawarra’ district in Kunar province. On Friday 26th June, the house of Mulla Imam named Abdul Wakeel was demolished and one of his child was injured in the blind artillery shelling of the internal forces in ‘Karz’ village of ‘Khash Khana’ district in Badakhshan province. On Friday 26th June, a civilian named Zafar Khan was forces out of his home and ruthlessly martyred by the internal forces in ‘Folad Khana’ area near the center of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province. Similarly another civilian named Sultan Mohammad was also martyred by the internal forces in ‘Jandi Khail’ area. On Saturday 27th June, a civilian was martyred while significant financial losses were inflicted on his family when a house was indiscriminately bombed by the internal forces in ‘Taraki’ village of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Sunday 28th June, a child was martyred while two more civilians were injured in the blind shelling of the internal forces in ‘Mush Khail’ village of ‘Yousuf Khail’ district in Paktika province. On Sunday 28th June, four civilian people were martyred, two people were injured while their houses were badly damaged in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in ‘Joy Ganj’, ‘Akaz’ and ‘Ishaqzi’ villages of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Monday 29th June, ‘Ganj Maila (open-air market)’ area of old bazaar in Sangin district of Helmand province was hit in the indiscriminate artillery shelling randomly fired by the internal forces of second brigade of Maiwand Corps, in which twenty three civilian people were ruthlessly martyred while more than forty civilians including children, youngsters and aged people were wounded. All of them had come to this local gathering for selling and buying animals. The stooge setup denied any involvement in this tragic incident, but the local eye-witnesses told the shells were fired from the second brigade direction. Two days later, UN also confirmed that the actual perpetrators of this incident were the internal forces. On Monday 29th June, five innocent countrymen were martyred and wounded when the internal forces opened indiscriminate fire on the civilian people in ‘Gumbaz’ area near the center of Logar province. On Tuesday 30th June, a woman and a child were injure while a mosque and an adjacent civilian house were damaged in the blind bombing of the internal forces in the central area of Murghab district in Badghis province. On Tuesday 30th June, a local mosque was damaged while financial losses were inflicted on civilian people in the indiscriminate bombing of the internal forces in sixth road area of the ‘Central Baghlan’ district in Baghlan province. Why are war crimes ignored? Date: July 05, 2020 in: ,, Weekly Comment Why are war crimes ignored? Last week Kabul regime forces lobbed mortars from their base at an open-air market in Sangin district of Helmand province where hundreds of civilians gather every week to buy and sell livestock. This attack took the lives of tens of innocent shepherds, farmers and young boys and maimed tens of other civilians on top of causing heavy financial losses. The locals recorded scenes of the carnage with their phones following this war crime and shared the footage on social media. These documented videos showed victims of the attack testifying that the attack was carried out by regime forces stationed at a nearby base however the spokesperson of Ashraf Ghani, Siddique Siddiqui, tried to find solace in lies by shamelessly twisting facts about the crime and attributing it to the Islamic Emirate instead of apologizing for the crime or sympathizing with the victims, A few days later journalists that visited the area reported that the attack was carried out by Kabul administration troopers and the UNAMA office in Kabul also published a statement confirming that the attack was indeed carried out from the base of Kabul administration forces. Contrary to other such incidents, it is good progress that the perpetrators of the Sangin genocide were identified however it is truly unfortunate that media outlets, UNAMA office and representatives of human right organizations stopped at this and did not ask for the arrest of these war criminals, bringing them to justice or questioning them about this cold-blooded murder. These organizations that consider themselves torch bearers of justice and human rights must be asked — is justice and human rights established with mere paper reports and statements about war crimes or is practical action also required so the victims receive their due right? Certainly, justice cannot be established with mere statements, condemnations or identifying culprits nor can such heal the wounds of victims. It is extremely unfortunate that the tragedy of Sangin is declared closed and forgotten even as the wounded have yet to recover in hospitals and the tears of the orphans have not yet dry with the perpetrators identified yet none arrested or punished nor the families of the martyrs officially consoled. The Islamic Emirate considers such indifference and apathy towards such war crimes in Afghanistan a crime on top of a crime against our oppressed nation. This foul culture of exoneration for war criminals must come to an end and all perpetrators of war crimes including those of Sangin must be brought to justice.
