After 12 years of seasonal use, the flexible plastic hoses on my 3-quart LiquiVac motor oil extraction device had become hardened and no longer stayed securely attached to their fittings. Although the LiquiVac is still available for purchase from Amazon and elsewhere, one of the two replacement hoses that was needed is not a standard size that I could find locally. I remixed this from PWNCNC's Maglock adaptor. I found the 6 magnets to not be strong enough for a couple of my tools so, I figured I'd double the number of magnets and now it seems to work great. The MagLock Rings have (12) 6x4mm disk magnets embedded into them with alternating polarity. This means they'll easily snap together and hold your hoses or attachments together. Here is a hacking of an old brass solar system decoration, used to display a kokedama with watering hose passing througt. It consists of only two 3d printed parts, one as a connector to a seringue under the plate and an other one inside the kokedama itself to spread the water. I share this for inspiration, as the brass support is pretty simple and can be entirely created, even 3d printed I guess.

I have some Hoselink (Australian company) hoses and fittings. The lever on an in-line valve broke so rather than throw out the valve, I made a new lever. I suspect there are other brands out there, that will be similar. It's a bit over-engineered (ie thick), but I was worried it might break. The final version has been painted to give it a bit of protection from the sun. The Fusion 360 file has the main lever a little large, but the .stl file works fine. Gardena doesn't sell the nuts for their hose connectors separately, but after some years of usage some of them simply crack. There are several proposals for replacements in Thingivers, but I wantet one that looks more like the original (old design), including the knurl. This is an adapter for connecting two standard 13 mm Gardena water hoses. Depending on your setup scaling may be needed for best fit. Printed in PLA on a Reprap Neo, 0,2 mm layer hight and 0,5 mm nozzle, works good so far :)

I wanted to be able to use this dryer without the messy cables, adapters or power supplies. This portable version of the smaller dryer uses also the 9 volt battery sleeve created by JimbalNy. Most of the 12 volt fans work with 9 volt battery, with slower speed but also lower noise.

This is the part on a hose that clamps the raw hose end to the connector. This has been deigned to fit the HozeLock end connectors. After having quite a few of the originals break from being dropped on the ground it seemed like a good idea to recreate it. This is a replica of the "washout port" for Husqvarna tractors (e.g. https://www.jackssmallengines.com/Products/HUSQVARNA/Washout-Port). Dimensions should be accurate to +/- .025 cm. Just bought an aquarium air pump to build a DIY air assist system for a laser engraver. However there was no adapter to go from the 8mm hose to the 4 mm one. Commercial ones are about 95 cts each, here PETG 100% infill costs about 3 cts :)

I forgot to buy this when I was at the hardware store, and thought I would try to make one.... Works and fits great. Its a 3/4 in hose to 1/2 in pipe NPT. I used a brim, and used supports just to the buildplate (not everywhere or it will screw up the NPT threads). Slice with the hose adapter facing the build plate.
