One day I needed a rubber mallet to put together a coffee table I had recently bought. So instead of going out and buying a rubber mallet for one time use, I simply modelled this sleeve to go over my current hammer which turns it into more of a rubber mallet and allowed me to hammer down the coffee table surface without damaging the surface at all!

a holder for the rubbermallet. there should be enough clearance for the mallet but the fit in the extrusion is tight. i will update whit other versions when i can but for now this is the only one. the sideholder is both squared off for faster printing or rounded for nicer and more elegant looking mount. every holder is for the medium rubbermallet, DONT scale it up to fit the large one i am working on one that fits this version.

This is a rebuild of my original Quarter Pounder. I found that the handle was a little wimpy and would break off the head. This is a stronger (extra beefy) version. The head can be filled with coins (US quarters, nickels, dimes, pennies), BB's, lead shot, nuts, washers, or whatever. I also redesigned it to be easy to print without support. The inspiration for this is based on the Thwacker. Mine is weight adjustable. The small end unscrews and you can load the head with BB's, lead shot, or pennies (25 of them.... get it.... the Quarter Pounder). There is built in support under the handle so no need to generate them. There is also an axe cap that uses a standard utility blade. I have no idea if this is practical but I thought it was a cool touch. This will work as a light, non marring tap hammer or meat mallet for the kitchen....

A template I use to make my carpenters mallet with a flat and a angled face for both chiseling and knocking in/out joints. Included PDF for normal printing and sticking to wood. The round and square pieces are intended to turn THWACK! into a rubber mallet by printing them in a flexible filament and popping them onto the ends of the hammer. They will also prolong the life of the hammer by allowing you to just reprint the pieces when they wear out as opposed to printing an entirely new hammer. Rubber mallet for knocking prints off the build plate, printed in transparent TPU at 100% infill. It's basically the same design as the hammer it's remixed from, but with the sized tweaked.
