Summary Having to cut the Kaptan tape with scissors from the roll every time i needed a small piece, was driving me mad. This object holds a roll of tape with a core diameter of about 77mm, and here it is 22mm wide. It could be made as wide as you need with a bit of work. I may post a wider variation later on. The original axle falls off one side of the dispenser too easily, so I remodeled it and added a flange. Due to the flange, it has to be assembled in order to go through the spool, so I threaded one end and made it two parts. I successfully printed this in PETG (Amazon Basics) on my Prusa Mk3. The threading is snug, but functions. You may need to scale down the small piece a percent or two on the x/y (don't scale z!) to make it screw in easily, depending on how well your printer is tuned. I needed something to organize my blue painter's tape, duct tape, packing tape so I made this to mount them to my pegboard. Should fit all standard tape spools. Should be printed with support but I didn't, ended up with some stringing at the underside of the curve part that holds tape but it still works fine.

I got this idea after seeing it online when looking for a photo of an AT-AT*. This again is a remix of the cool design by "timrbsnow"(I also remixed a USB stick holder from this design, remixing didn't work there for some reason). This is made to fit a standard 3/4in roll of Scotch tape, and there are 4 parts cut up from the big 10in long piece so smaller printers can print this. Here is an easy and smooth to use sewing fiberglass flexible measuring tape. This is for 3 m (10 feet) long and 2 cm ( .79 inch) width tape. At this time, assembly is made with small countersink screws. It may probably possible to modify the design to use glue, or even snap fit. This model is design to be easy, secure and quick to reel the tape. ** UPDATE I put new drum and housing with 2 mm larger diameter for ones who experience friction in the last winding turns.

This is a tape dispenser designed for smaller rolls of tape. The dispenser stays attached to the roll. Both models have been tested. The one with the modeled blade (Tape_Dispenser.stl) has reported as being too dull to cut which can cause the model to break depending on your layer adhesion.

This was created as a way for me to measure and cut blue tape for my print bed accurately and minimize the waste. First you screw the two parts down to a piece of wood. Mount the cutter part a little shorter than your print bed dimensions. Then you stretch the tape from the cutter side to the measuring side, and then press down on the roller side of the cutter and it will cut the tape the desired length. This is a really simple tape holder. I am planning to do a lot of other tool holders in the near future to declutter my desk. Most of them are from Banggood. This tape holder is designed for large rolls with an inner diameter of 30mm. The whole thing is about 150mm long/height and got a 5° uptilt so that the tape rolls wont slip off.

I made this item in order to organize better all the tapes I have such as masking tapes and isolation tapes. I've used 8mm stainless still rods taken out from an old printer. You can use any 8mm rods such as wood or screw rods. I attached 2 versions: 1. Hanger - designed to be hanged from a shelf 2. Simple Tape measure mount to screw to the cabinet or wall. Counter sunk # 6 screw holes. Spent way to much time with the caliper at Home Depot determining the average width and height of the center section. Should work with almost every clip style tape measure on the market. My first upload. Kinda a no-brain'r but.... print facing down like in the image to avoid supports. Also did this with a 60% infill in a gyroid pattern. 6 months later and still holding up great in PLA+

I made this tape container because VHB, double sided tape that i use for all kinds of projects does not come with a little case like electrical tape does. Double sided tape needs a case even more than electrical tape because everything sticks to the side of the tape roll. With this case it is kept clean and protected

A tape holder for tapes size from 120mm to 80mm. Design to be wall mounted. You need two printed pieces and 2 booms (12mm or 12.8mm/half inch for you imperial guys). I've used one meter booms and they bend little bit in the middle, so its just about max for booms this size. For longer booms use at least 3 brackets. You may need some file action since the booms are usually over sized. If the booms are to loose use some CA glue. Holes for the screws are 5.5mm, so use 5mm screws. I've printed mine...
