Expedited loan requests are generally processed within 1 business day, and shipped within the United States via FedEx Standard Overnight and Express Mail International for patrons outside of the United States.

For shipments within the United States, we will include a prepaid return shipping envelope; international patrons will need to pay their own return shipping costs.
FeesLoan fees include shipping. Expediting fee is required for each expedited program. Multiple programs may be sent together or separately. If dissatisfied for any reason, the fee is refundable if the USB flash drive is returned within 10 days.
System RequirementsComputer that can accept a USB-A flash drive”. Software to play the video files is often included natively on many operating systems or it can be played by installing the free VLC Media Player. Metadata files are in XML and can be viewed in standard text editors.
